Wi.Tec-Sensorik GmbH was founded in 2014 and has extensive specialist knowledge in the field of gas measurement technology and signal processing. We develop and manufacture high-quality gas measurement systems for use in analysis devices and process engineering.
The development and production of gas measuring instruments for the measurement of gas concentrations in binary or even complex gas mixtures is one of our core competences. Researching the physical limits of gas measurement technology and incorporating the knowledge gained into the development of our products is an ongoing process with which we secure and maintain our market position as an innovative manufacturer of high-performance gas sensors.

In many areas of process engineering, reactive gases are used as starting products in chemical processes. These gases often are corrosive, so that only certain materials can be used. In process measurement technology, these gases are usually detected with special photometers that are located locally outside the process. The process gas therefore comes in contact with all materials on its way from the process to the sample cell. Both the design of the gas paths and that of the sample cell must therefore be adapted to these requirements.

In addition, the integrated sensor backup solution allows the secure export and import of all sensor parameters and calibration data. Gas analysis using the method of selective radiation absorption in the UV and IR range (NDUV / NDIR) is an established method for determining concentrations in complex gas mixtures. The BINOS NG Gas Analyser uses state-of-the-art optical components to achieve optimum analysis results. This leads to high-resolution gas analyses that can reliably detect concentration changes in the ppb range. Wi.Tec has rediscovered the BINOS and is building on the philosophy of this successful generation of appliances. Up to two OEM modules can therefore be installed in the following combinations:
Up to 3 physical measuring channels can be implemented per module, so that a total of 6 gases or measuring ranges can be recorded and analysed simultaneously in the Binos NG.
The BINOS NG can be equipped with customised filters and extraction pumps.
