Type 400

The type 400 series pressure transmitter, with its proven
ceramic lever technology, has adjusted temperature compensated sensor
signals and is available with a voltage output. The (VDC) voltage output is
an amplified, linear signal suitable for direct processing in electronic
control systems. The sensors are ideal for continuous level measurement in
washing machines, dishwashers etc.
Type 506

The pressure transmitter type 506 with proven ceramic
technology, features adjusted and amplified sensor signals which are
available as standardised current outputs. Specially developed for use in
the industrial refrigeration technology.
Type 510

These compact OEM pressure transmitters type 510 have
been developed for applications in the industrial refrigeration technology.
The special sensor is based on thick-film technology, developed by Huba
Control, which utilises a special grade of steel welded to the pressure
sensor. This means that the 510 can be used for all gases and media in
refrigeration, including ammoniac. Highest requirements concerning EMC and
accuracy for all temperature ranges can be met in combination with the
unique integrated electronic design.

technology with an amplified ratiometric output signal, supports direct
assembly without the need for the user to adjust for temperature or
pressure.
Type 619

The μP-regulated, programmable pressure transmitter type 619 has a robust
industry design. Parameters can easily be programmed with three different
configuration menus. All systems are equipped with a diagnostic function.
Pressure is measured by a high resistante ceramic element. Normed analogue
and / or open collector outputs are available depending on the version
chosen.
Type 680

The pressure transmitters of type 680 with piezoresistive measuring elements
have compensated, adjusted and amplified sensor signals which are available
as standard voltage or current outputs. The transmitter housing is available
with various pressure and electrical connections. Manufactured from
stainless steel, its welded construction provides a watertight seal. With
its sophisticated building block system, individual designs to meet specific
applications are possible.

The pressure transmitters of type 402 with their proven ceramic fulcrum

They are ideally suited for registering fine air flow in air conditioning
technology and for measuring fine pressures in the environmental / medical

Type 663

The pressure transmitter of product range type 663 have calibrated and
temperature compensated sensor signals which are available as voltage
output. The amplified linear voltage output signal, can be connected
directly into an electronic control system. The transmitter can be mounted
directly due a pcb board or with a 2.5 mm plug connection.
Type 694

The pressure transmitters of the Type 694 series incorporate a proved
ceramic fulcrum lever technology. They deliver adjusted
temperature-compensated sensor signals, available as standard voltage or
current outputs. They are ideal for registering low air flow in air
conditioning systems and for the measurement of fine pressures in
environmental, laboratory and cleanroom applications (air and non-corrosive
gases).
Type 699

The pressure transmitters of the Type 699 series incorporate a proved
ceramic fulcrum lever technology. They deliver adjusted
temperature-compensated sensor signals. They are ideal for registering low
air flow in air conditioning systems and for the measurement of fine
pressures in environmental, laboratory and cleanroom applications (air and
non-corrosive gases).
The improved, by Huba Control developed pressure transmitter type 699 is
based on the established type 694. Even though there are considerable
differences.
Type 698
- 0 ... 1 mbar - 6 bar
The relative and differential pressure modules type 698 are suitable for
monitoring pressure and flow in air conditioning systems and in the
laboratory sector.
The modules are selectively available with two limit switches, display,
square root extraction and standardised output signals. The built in
pressure transmitters are our proven types 516, 402 or 663, depending on the
pressure range.
Type 403
- 0 ... 3 – 8 mbar
The pressure transmitters of type 403 are outlined for the optimization of
calorific values in gas fired heating systems. All materials used are
compatible with burnable gas. In combination with the differential pressure
transmitter type 401 a electronic airgas-compound can be realized. The type
403 series pressure transmitters, with its unique proven ceramic lever
technology, has adjusted, temperature-compensated sensor signals, available
as a voltage output. The (VDC) voltage output is an amplified, linear signal
suitable for direct processing in electronic control systems.
Type 504
- 0 ... 2.5 - 10 bar
The differential pressure OEM transmitter Type 504 is manufactured using a
unique ceramic measuring element. The design means that it is possible to
have the media in contact with both sides of the element. This element
produces a perfect measurement of the pressure without miscalculation. The
transmitters also have calibrated and amplified sensor signals, which are
available as standardised voltage- or current outputs. The unit can be
supplied with various pressure- and electrical connections, depending on the
application required by the user.
Type 652
- 0 ... 50 - 1000 mbar
The pressure transmitter of type series 652 are used for the long- and
shortdistance transmission of electrical pressure-proportional signals. They
are specially suited for the continuous level or flow monitoring of neutral
and slightly aggressive liquids and gases in heating, ventilation and
process technology. The pressure or differential pressure to be monitored
acts on a diaphragm, which in turn acts against a spring. As a result of the
pressure action and the resultant diaphragm movement a permanent magnet
fastened on the diaphragm moves in the direction of a hall sensor arranged
outside the pressure case. This sensor emits an electrical signal which is
proportional to the magnetic field. The signal is linearized, compensated
and amplified.
Type 692

available as standardised voltage or current outputs. Various

ceramic elements. An open collector (transistor) output accommodates loads
up to 100 mA. Either an N/C or N/O contact may be used, and the upper and
lower switching point can be freely selected in the range 5 to 100% fs.
Various electrical and pressure connections are available to suit given
applications.
Type 616

The type 616 pressure switches measure pressure by means of highly resistant
ceramic elements. An open collector (transistor) output accommodates loads
up to 100 mA. Either an N/C or N/O contact may be used, and the upper and
lower switching point can be freely selected in the range 5 to 100 % fs.
Various electrical and pressure connections are available to suit given
applications.
Type 619

industry design. Parameters can easily be programmed with three different

Mechanical Pressure Switch
Type 604

The type 604 pressure switch is used as a ∆P flow switch in ventilation
ducts for the control of filters and fans, and in primary and secondary
control systems for the control of air dampers. The 604 pressure monitoring
switches are also ideally suited to protect heating coils from overheating
and for monitoring industrial air cooling circuits. Medium: air and
non-corrosive gases.
Type 605

The pressure switches of type series 605 are specially designed for control
and monitoring applications in gasfired boilers.
Type 610

Differential pressure, vacuum, overpressure switches of type series 610 are
specially suited for monitoring non-explosive gases in the machine and
industrial equipment building industry in general, in process engineering or
as control and monitoring elements in packing lines. Finely adjustable
switching points and switching differences even in the higher ranges with
exemplary reproducibility.
Type 620

Pressure level transmitter
Type 681
- 0 ... 0.1 - 25 bar
The pressure transmitters of type 681 with piezoresistive measuring elements
have compensated, adjusted and amplified sensor signals which are available
as standard voltage or current outputs. In the immersion-sensor version with
a salt water and oil-resistant connection cable they are specially suited
for level measurement, even in the presence of corrosive liquids.
The cable incorporates a tube for compensation of the ambient pressure.
Manufactured from stainless steel, its welded construction provides a
watertight seal.
Type 700
- 0.8 ... 1.4 - 10 bar
The OEM level sensing pressure transmitters type 700 are used for the level
measurement in various media. The level measurement is made with an absolute
pressure measuring cell. Therefore the pressure (barometrical) which
influences the media must be specified. A second transmitter with a
measuring range of 0.8 … 1.4 bar may be used. Depending on the application
the information about barometrical pressure is available on the internet.
Digital Indicating Devices
Type 800

The indicating devices type series 800.8 without setpoint and 800.7 with 2
setpoints serve for indicating values. Input signals can be signal current
or voltages originating from corresponding measurement transducers or
measurement value acquisition systems. The 4 character indicating devices
additionally, generate a current signal of for further signal evaluations. A
limit value output with two independently no-volt bistable contacts is
additionally integrated.
Type 801

Liquid crystal, 3 digit Character height 9.4 mm Indication capabilities
Lowest Highest value: value: The series 801 display modules can be fitted on
all DIN EN 175301-803-A connectors. Input signals can be signal currents or
voltages from the associated transducers or measuring systems.
Flow sensor
Vortex - Type 200
- 0.9 ... 150 l/min
The flow sensor of this range is based on the principle of Karman’s vortex
trail. The shedding of vortices on the damming body in the flow is directly
pro portional to the speed of the flow. A piezoelectric paddle detects the
generated vortex and analyses the values with the integrated electronic.
Alternatively, are versions with integrated temperature measurement with
PT1000 is available.
Force cell
Type 410

The type series 410 measures force with the cantilever beam by an integrated
piezo-resistive wheatstone bridge with front-end amplification circuit. It
uses hybrid thick film technology which guarantees an excellent stability
and a long operating life. The special design of the force cell ensure batch
production and with fully automated assembly an ideal performance to cost
ratio for high quantities.

This pressure-measuring cell is based on ceramic technology, developed by
Huba Control and used for the last 10 years, in millions of applications.
Due to the very robust design of the ceramic cell there are no significant
changes in the sensor characteristic when mounted by customer himself.
The passivated surface passes the condensation tests according to DIN 50017.
Type 513

This pressure-measuring cell is based on ceramic technology, developed by
Huba Control and used for the last 10 years, in millions of applications,
used in combination with a unique integrated electronic design, this gives
the type 513 series a high degree of accuracy for all temperature ranges.
This technology with an amplified ratiometric output signal, supports the
direct assembly without the need for the user to adjust for temperature or
pressure.
Accessories
Heat sink
- As a result of the heat sink it is possible to use medium
with higher temperature.
The cooling section reduces the temperature of the hot media. Depending on
the ambient temperature the use of medium with temperature of more than
200°C without harming the transmitter is possible.
Different standardised pressure connections allow the combination with the
pressure measurement systems of Huba Control.
