              • Turning Centers ROMI G 550 and G 550M (driven tools), equipped with CNC SIEMENS 828D, show high productivity, stiffness, torque and accuracy for machining in low and high production environments. Rough structure, with monoblock bed, longitudinal and transversal carriage supported on hardened and straight guides, making line G 500 ideal for machining large size parts.

                With a 45.7 HP main engine, torque up to 2,310 N.m, it is possible to obtain remarkable productivity gain, due to the large capacity of material removal.

                The model ROMI G 550 with driven tools allows the complete machining of a part in a single machine, because it also performs drilling and milling operations.

              • The turning centers from ROMI GL line, with FANUC’S CNC, were designed for operating in low and high production environments. Features and Axis Y and driven tool allow a significant increasing of productivity.

                  • The turning centers from line ROMI VTL with CNC SIEMENS were designed for operating in low and high production environments, allowing a significant increasing of productivity in machining process for a variety of chuck parts. R (right) and L (left) versions allow machines for working in machining cells, including integrated with robots or other automation systems.

                    They can be equipped with driven tools for drilling and milling operations.

                    • The turning machines form Line ROMI Centur, equipped with CNC SIEMENS offer great flexibility for machining different type of parts, with optimal levels of power, quick movements and accuracy. They can be equipped with automatic indexing tool holder turret, which offers a significant reduction for machining time.

                      Using the optional Kit Multiplic, the machine can be operated in manual mode, by electronic handwheels and also in automatic mode (joystick and cycle start).

                      Other important feature which offers optimal performance on very severe machining applications is the extra-rigid headstock, with gears with rectified teeth made in hardened steel, which assures full power and high torque under low rotation.

                        • Universal lathes from Line ROMI T were carefully designed for offering total safety for the operator, according standard NR-12.

                          They are safe, versatile, reliable machines, ideal for tooling, maintenance and teaching work, due to the variety of optional available, for setting the machine according the need of application.

                          A very large variety of combinations of pitches and infeeds is possible to be obtained, due to its set design. Over and above, by changing only one gear in turn over, it is possible to obtain two settings of threads: one for metric thread and inches, other for module thread and Diametral Pitch.

                        • The engine lathes from Line ROMI ES-40 are rough and versatile, with excellent levels of torque and power. They were carefully designed for offering total safety for the operator, according standard NR-12.

                          • The ROMI D Series – New Generation has 4 models: ROMI D 600, ROMI D 800, ROMI D 1000 and ROMI D 1250. Extremely versatiles for several machining applications, with larger workspace, offers high rigidity even under severe machining conditions, present thermal and geometric stability ensuring great performance, precision and productivity.

                            Main motor is directly coupled to the headstock cartridge with versions of 10,000 or 15,000 rpm and with ultra precision bearings that enables excellent accuracy and minimal temperature increases even when operating continuously in high rpm’s.

                            Equipped with a Fanuc 0i-MF i-HMI Plus CNC, which offers the user great facilities for programming with main screen with different areas for planning, machining, improvements and utilities, allowing access to functions in only two clicks.

                          • ROMI DCM 620-5X / DCM 620-5F

                          • The 5-axis / 5-sided vertical machining centers from line ROMI DCM 620, equipped with CNC SIEMENS, allow for performing machining of parts with simple and complex geometry in a single setup, making a remarkable shortage of machining time, efficiently, accurately and with productivity. The support housing of the table assures total stiffness in high-load operations.

                            The coolant system of the headstock brings as a benefit the minimization of possible heat distortions on housing, assuring perfect alignment of the center line of the spindle on machining operations which demands high accuracy for placing axis Z.

                          • ROMI DCM 3000

                          • The moving column vetical machining center ROMI DCM 3000 equipped with CNC SIMENS is intended for machining long parts in high accuracy, with no change of the geometric accuracy of the machine, due to the concept of fixed table.

                            It allows working in two distinct areas of the table (swinging mode), where ma metal partition shall be installed on the center of the stroke of axis X, creating two distinct machining areas, which allows to perform load and unload of parts in one are, while the other one is machined in the another area, with significant productivity improvements.

                            The automatic changer of pallets allows shorting passive rime, resulting in shorter machining time, allowing also easy access of the user to the part load and unload area, and a quick setup for preparing the parts fixation system, as well.

                              • ROMI LAZZATI HBM 130T

                              • The boring machine ROMI Lazzati HBM 130T, equipped with CNC SIMENS, shows high capacity for chip removal, flexibility, accuracy and productivity on milling, drilling and tapping of large size parts, such as those employed in sectors of: oil & gas, ethanol, naval, energy power generation and other from base industry.

                                Equipped with Rotary table NC (axis b), it allows parts positioning in any angle, allowing for machining complex and interpolated parts. It can support parts of up to 12,000 kg and high machining loads, with excellent stability of the set.

                                In order to keep heat stability and machining accuracy, the machine is equipped with thermo-stabilizer system, which spreads the heat generated by the bearing housings of the spindle.

                                  • High-performance Electric Injection Moulding Machines, specially developed for quick cycles and thin wall parts, they are highlighted by high speed and accuracy with high energy efficiency. With mold ambient free from contaminants – Clear Room – it can be employed in special applications, such as food and pharmaceutical packages, and also technical applications.

                                    Available on versions for PVC production, PET pre-molds and multi-material and multi-color injection and Speed (EL 300).
