Standard Type NNN Series

Wall Mount Inverse Type
UNN Series
- Arm length: 300mm - 350mm
This is the same as the wall mount type (TNN), but it is installed upside
down.
This is ideal for applications where the robot must handle loads from above.
Ceiling Mount Type HNN Series
- Arm length: 500 mm - 800 mm
This robot is mounted on a ceiling for operation.
The space below the robot can be utilized effectively, so you will have more
freedom in designing your equipment.
Inverse type INN Series
- Arm length: 500 mm - 800 mm
This is the same as the ceiling mount type (HNN), but it is installed upside
down.
This is ideal for applications where the robot must handle loads from above.
Clean Room Type NNC Series
- Arm length: 250 mm - 800 mm
This robot generates minimal particles and is ideal for operation in a clean
room environment.
The air inside the robot can be vacuumed if conformance to ISO cleanliness
class 4 is required.
Miniature Cylinders
- The new Mini RoboCylinder is an achievement in small
electromechanical cylinders. It incorporates a newly developed motor, and
its significantly reduced length, width and height make it comparable in
size to air cylinders.
The Mini RoboCylinder is the perfect replacement for air cylinders in
systems that previously could only use air cylinders due to size
constraints.The new RoboCylinder is available in shapes similar to air
cylinders.
Users accustomed to the operation of pneumatic systems are able to use the
new RoboCylinder effortlessly.
Mini Slider Type
- The slider on the main body moves back and forth until it
is positioned.
- The motor can easily perform switching operations for the unit model.
- Select from Reversing type with a reduced total length and Slim
Straight type (Coupling type).
Used for jig and workpiece positioning, table travel, etc.
Mini Rod Type
- The rod extends and retracts from the main body, gets
into position and presses.

Mini Linear Motor Type
- High speed, lightweight parts transfer.
- Equipped with a high acceleration/deceleration linear motor capable of

models for each size and stroke.
- The Multi-slider type comes with two sliders on one axis that can be

RCS2 Series
- RCS2 series with 230 VAC servo motor
RoboCylinder Servo RCS is an electric actuator with ball screw, linear guide
and AC servo motor. Using the know-how obtained from manufacturing 150
thousand axis robots, while retaining the features such as high rigidity,
acc/decl, and speed control, the price has been lowered to match that of
rod-less pneumatic cylinders.
RCS2 Series is the next generation electric actuator that employs a
high-speed, constant thrust force motor, which maintains constant payload at
speed ranging from low to high.
RCA2 Series

Multiple points positioning up to 512 positions is possible.
Able to maintain position in push mode just like a pneumatic cylinder.

ERC2 Series
- ERC2 Series with integrated Controller
The ERC2 actuator has a built-in controller, so there is no need to
provide additional space for the actuator controller. Space savings and cost
reduction can be achieved in various applications such as when multiple
actuators are connected to a single equipment.
A maximum of 64 positions can be set for both slider and rod types, so
non-uniform objects can be handled without the need for changeover. The ERC2
series also provides the pause input signal and zone output signal to let
you effortlessly achieve those operations that are difficult to implement
with air cylinders.
RCD Series
- Ultra-compact size enables it to replace compact air cylinders.
- High-speed performance with maximum acceleration/deceleration of 1 G and
maximum speed of 300 mm/s.

- These are 2-, 3-, 4- or 6-axis robots made by
combining single-axis robots, mounted at right angles to each other; this
allows configurations such as "X + Y axis", "X + Z axis", "Y + Z axis", "gantry","X
+ Y + Z axis", etc. for up to 6 sliders.
In addition, a 4-axis combination, comprising either a 3-axis combination
plus a single rotary axis of (RS) - or a 2-axis combination with a

Nut Rotation Cartesian Robot
Combined actuator units of nut rotation type offering excellent transfer
capability.
The built-in hollow motor in the slider turns the nut to move the actuator.
Accordingly, heavy loads can be operated at high speed even at a long
stroke.
A desired combination can be selected from 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis (2 axes +
2 axes), 6-axis (3 axes + 3 axes) configurations.
Linear Motor Cartesian Robot
Combined actuator units of linear motor type offering excellent
acceleration/deceleration performance
High-thrust linear motor actuators enable operations requiring a long stroke
(up to 4,155 mm) and high acceleration/deceleration (rating: 1G).
A desired combination can be selected from 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis (2 axes +
2 axes) and 6-axis (3 axes + 3 axes) configurations.
IK2/IK3
