Product Portfolio
Steel or stainless steel oil tanks
- The ready to install HBE steel oil tanks are
manufactured from the material S235JR (St37) and are sandblasted and coated
both from the inside and outside the tank. That is why the tanks are
resistant against hydraulic oil on mineral oil base and low-flammable
fluids. Suitable oil sumps are available as well as a comprehensive range of
accessories like cleaning covers, sealing gaskets, level indicators and
incorporators.

Aluminium oil tanks

The HBE aluminium oil tanks with an all-round fluting are characterised by a
good heat dissipation. The stable casted bodies are stackable in all tank sizes,
which leads to low freight costs and a space saving storage. Suitable tank lids
are according to customer’s drawing (coating included, if desired), ready to
install for all sizes and can be delivered short term.

Field of application
Preheating of hydraulic oil on mineral basis for a fast reaching of the
operating temperature at hydraulic units. The optimum viscosity decreases the
wear of the hydraulic components.

Inexpensive and space saving solution incl. cooling surfaces of 0,15 – 0,43
m2 and tube side flow rate of max. 25 l/min by choosing copper-nickel tubes.
Series LKI OI l AIR cooler
- Oil air cooler for industrial use. Available in 10
different sizes. Block construction (max. operating pressure 16 bar). 1-way

Series TFS / A OI l AIR cooler
- Compact bypass-flow cooling unit. Combination of motor
