        This magnetically coupled mini process pump from GATHER Industrie GmbH is a modern process pump for the pulsation-free metering, pumping and circulation of water, salt solutions, acids, alkalis and solvents.

        The delivery rate is adjustable both by metering valve and frequency converter.

        Its combination of robust, proven journal bearing technology (including efficient cooling/liquid circulation) and the maintenance- free, hermetically sealed magnetic coupling from the GATHER gear pump in a simple turbine pump design creates a low-cost, sturdy, reliable and safe multi-purpose pump.

        The noise emitted by the GATHER Mini Turbine Pump is virtually confined to the noise of the motor. The pump naturally meets the ATEX requirements for Zones 1, 2 and 22.The pump heads of the mini turbine pump possess the same magnet system as GATHER gear pump heads, so they can be operated on all drive units with the same magnet type.

      • Efficient Pump Technology for non-lubricating liquids

        The GATHER magnetic-drive gear pump is a hermetically sealed process pump. It is used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, water management and medical technology applications primarily for the pulsation-free conveying and dosing of non-lubricating liquids such as, for example, water, aqueous liquids, salt solutions, acid, caustic solutions and solvents.

        This gear pump has been designed for degassing small volumes of water in the medical field. The pump design thus also enables non-lubricating liquids to be conveyed and metered. Within the scope of its operating parameters, this small dosing pump is capable of fulfilling almost any application for this duty.
      • DRIP – Industrial Dosing Pump

      • This GATHER dosing pump is the smallest magnetic drive gear pump of product series 1. Having as few as 12 teeth the width of the individual tooth is only 1.5 mm. The pump characteristics and the standard pump casing materials offered can be seen from the characteristic curve diagram and the tables shown below. The pump head is compatible with all drive units of product series 1 with X-magnet system. At a capacity ranging between 0.3 and 83.3 ml/min a highly precise dosing performance is achieved with this pump.

        • System-medium controlled overflow valves are simple and compact regulating devices which enable the flow to be precisely controlled; they are easily installed and maintained and control the pressure upstream of the valve without additional control elements being required. At the valve plug the upstream pressure to be controlled is in equilibrium with the force exerted by the valve spring.

          • General Information

            The design of a filter must meet operational requirements. The GATHER filter with drain plug is a universal filter even suited for adverse process conditions. It can be used at temperatures of up to +350°C and system pressures of up to 500 bar. Filter types of stainless steel and Hastelloy® also enable aggressive fluids to be handled.

            The provision of „pleated“ filter elements results in a compact design and large filter area so that only minor pressure losses are encountered. Accordingly, the filter is optimum choice for pre-filtering service in suction piping, for example to protect GATHER magnetic-drive gear pumps.

                    Quick-disconnect couplings of series HK are of double shut-off, single shut-off or straight-through design. The double shut-off type is recommendable for hazardous media such as acids, solutions, hot water or steam. In single shut-off couplings and depending on the individual application either the socket or the plug accommodates the integrated shut-off valve.
                    When the connection is made the valves will not be caused to open before the coupling has been positively sealed off to the outside. On the other hand, the connection will not be separated before the valves have been closed.
                    This quick-disconnect coupling features non-spill operating characteristics.
                  • Original Hansen Tube-Hose Quick-Disconnect Coupling of ST Series

                  • Non-shutoff version

                    Coupling series ST is of extremely robust design. It proves especially useful if the flow of highly viscous media (e. g. grease) and must be ensured that a shutoff function is not required.

                    Special features
                    Modified GATHER-own version (STS series) can be manufactured with an excellent surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm (electropolished) for use with pharma- ceutical applications or made of special materials such as Hastelloy® or Titanium.

                    The DBG-CUP series features tube-to-hose connection

                  • Tube-Hose Quick-Disconnect Coupling

                  • Double shutoff, dry-break and connectable under residual pressure

                    Hose couplings of type DBG-SV are fitted with automa-tically closing shut-off valves. Upon disconnection no fluid will escape from hose or tank, and when the con-nection is made neither air nor dirt will enter the line system. These dry-break hose couplings offer a high degree of safety when fueling, filling in or refilling fluid since despite repeated coupling operations damage to the environment or hazard to persons due to spilled fluid is ruled out. The fluid will not come into contact with ambient air. Connecting and disconnecting is a very simple and easy task even when the lines are under residual pressure.
