        • Laser distance sensors are designed for non-contacting gap and distance measurements. The ILR series consist of gaging sensors (range up to 10 m) and laser distance sensors (range up to 250 m).             • The optoCONTROL CLS-K fiber optic sensors consist of a transmitter and receiver for infrared or ultraviolet light with subsequent signal processing. Measurement is made directly on the object using fiber optics. The selection of the electronic amplifier is the key to successfully solving this measurement task. The correct fiber optic is then selected depending on the measurement task at hand. The decisive factors are the distance from the object to the electronics, as well as the minimum installation space required.

Using two laser beams, the measuring spot is marked which ensures a precise temperature measurement.                   • Color sensors of the LT series capture the color in TrueColor quality. This is comparable in quality to the human eye. The electronics consist of a controller to which a variety of optical fibers can be connected. Object distances of up to 100 mm can be realized, thanks to the flexibility of using different optical fibers. Only a very small optical fiber is located on the test object itself. The LT series offers universal sensors in a variety of performance classes.

                  • colorSENSOR OT color sensors are fixed lens sensors with True-Color detection. The sensor automatically illuminates the surface with white light and records the reflected color values. Apart from the optics, the models hardly differ from each other. The illumination can be disabled by software. OT sensors are then suitable for the color detection of self-luminous sources.

                      • reflectCONTROL Compact has been specifically developed for the inspection of shiny surfaces. The system projects a striped pattern onto the measurement object. Defects on the surface cause deviations from the striped pattern which are recorded by cameras and evaluated by software.

                        The fully integrated system is available in two versions that each provides different measuring fields. The 2D version is used for pure defect recognition on reflecting surfaces. In addition, the 3D version allows for the measurement of reflecting surfaces at submicrometer accuracies.
