        iID® wearable - smart UHF RFID scanner for detecting products in the logistics chain, components in materials and luggage in airport processes. Digitilisation steps forward in all areas of intralogistics. Due to new customer demands for more individuality and speed, everything under the premise of low costs, the challenge increases, not just to develop individual processes, but also to optimize the entire process chain in order to reduce costs. Our proven line of mobile RFID devices is supplemented by new mobile device. iID®wearable is a smart all-rounder for logistics and materials management, that has a shape of a smart watch. It can be worn comfortably on the wrist or clip. With integrated battery, a low weight of 40 grams and a clear, structured design, the device convinces in handling processes. The battery life of the iID®wearable covers one working shift in standard processes. The communication range of the device can be adjusted to the application (from a few cm to 150 cm). Colored LEDs, vibration feedback and buzzer give feedback when data is detected.

        With our semi-passive RFID sensor data loggers, various processes can be monitored and validated. Physical variables such as temperature, humidity, pressure, or vibration are recorded with the highest accuracy by integrated sensor elements and transmitted without contact thanks to RFID.
        The contactless RFID technology enables sensors to be applied to hard-to-reach places or moving parts, especially where no cable connections are possible. The TELID®3T solution is used with the temperature logger products TELID®311, TELID®314 and TELID®312 in a wide variety of applications, for validating the temperature in washing or steam sterilization processes, in low-temperature stores to verify the cold chain or in the transport logistics of food or pharmaceutical products.

        microsensys expands the portfolio of TELID®3T temperature loggers! The new data loggers, available in two different versions, cover the low temperature range down to - 79 °C.
        The TELID®311.cr has an integrated temperature sensor and is therefore very easy to use by adding it to the objects that must be tested.
        The TELID®314.cr is characterized by an external stainless steel temperature sensor. This special variant enables a fast response time, higher measuring precision and temperature measurement in hard-to-reach spaces, liquids, tissues, or other materials.

        In the age of the Internet of Things, simple and standardized communication interfaces are essential. With the microsensys NFC TELID® sensor data loggers with contactless data acquisition are used for process control in industrial applications, condition monitoring in logistics processes and in the laboratory. NFC technology a is radio technology that enables communication between the reader (smartphone) and  NFC-Products over a short distance. This technology also offers a significant advantage in the data exchange that devices can send and receive both data.

        microsensys offers a wide range of miniaturized passive sensor transponders that are a versatile basis for different applications in RFID technology. These passive transponders are battery-less which guaranteed over several years of lifetime for such systems and geometrically very small. In customized solutions such implants can be used in monitoring various physical parameters such as temperature, pressure, movement and tension in human body. A passive RFID system allows this non-contact measurements in a patient's body. The aims are minimizing the infection’s risk, making chronically patients more mobile and gaining new fair values at the right time.         • Sensor-Transponder TELID®281.3Da

          The new passive sensor-transponder TELID®281.3D measures 3D vibrations in a frequency range from 0 to 2.8 kHz with an acceleration resolution of only a few mg. It also analyzes radial and tangential accelerations and the speed of rotating shafts. To avoid large amounts of communication data, the small and lightweight sensor has its own integrated intelligence that evaluates 5D transients and can perform an in-situ Fast Fourier Transformation. Due to the contactless data transmission, the solution is used to advantage when monitoring the condition of moving parts such as shafts, motors, pumps, or roller bearings.

          By means of a unique ID number and the existing EEPROM memory of the small and robust sensor transponder, the measuring point can be permanently identified, and readout cycles can be saved.

        • Schock Event Data Logger

        • Event-controlled shock and vibration measurement with TELID®382.3D

          With the semi-passive data logger TELID®382.3D, shock events are recorded with a 3D swing over a defined period. The need for such a solution is enormous and is used in industry and logistics, in the railway sector or road construction. The events are triggered either by exceeding a preset threshold value or in preconfigured time intervals. The integrated battery, which only supplies the acceleration sensor and the real-time clock with energy, enables events to be recorded without a direct RFID communication device. After the data loggers have been collected, the data is read out using a licensed RFID reader in combination with the TELIDsoft 5.0 software solution, parameters are reinitialized, started or stopped and evaluated.

          The main advantage of this solution is that it is flexible and easy to use. Based on the oscillation curve, material and environmental changes during use can be recognized at an early stage and necessary maintenance can be planned. Depending on the application, the loggers can be used for up to 3 years.

        Special technologies and equipment are the basis for implementing these special features, as well as the expertise and experience of more than 20 years as a developer and manufacturer of RFID transponders.           • MINI-TAGs - miniaturised HF RFID transponder

          • microsensys has provided this patented mic3® technology since the mid-90s. This technology created the world's smallest RFID transponder with an integrated coil on the chip at a size of approximately 1.5mm ³.
            With memory capacities of 64-bit read only to 64-Kbit read/write and a temperature resistance of -45°C - +200°C, the mic3 ® transponders have sufficient memory capacity and high reliability. These transponders can be produced very efficiently in large numbers by the consistent use of wafer processes.

            Because of their very small size, mic3 ® RFID transponders are used for unique identification or managing data for items that offer only a very small space or have to withstand extreme environmental influences.

                      • The HF, UHF and NFC capable sensor transponders from microsensys represent a product category that extends the properties of transponders to the measurement of sensory sizes. These passive wireless sensors operate without a battery and are powered solely with energy by the antenna on the reader.

                        The range of RFID sensor transponders has been constantly updated for years, which means a large range of products for various applications are now available. microsensys provides RFID /NFC sensor transponders as part of the TELID® 200 product range and the UHF sensor transponders as part of the TELID®400 product range. The development and manufacturing of custom-made sensor transponders is also possible.

It is compatible with every devices in particular with Android operation system and BLE communication. Thanks to this high-quality pressure sensor and Bluetooth® connection to the Smartphone or PC, the level monitoring, avoidance of overfilling the water tank  is carried out easily and with high accuracy. Android APP TELID®level sens - allows graphical and table sheet form for each beacon pair. The customer-specific setting, such as the configuration of individual measurement parameters for BEACONS, can be set using the Android APP - T700 Config Tool.

                                            • microsensys offers a wide range of smart hand-held RFID read/write devices. The devices are characterised by their small size, their ergonomic design and handy operation. Manually handling the read/write devices is very useful for many applications if, for example, a particular RFID transponder is selected out of many closely spaced transponders or a direct statement of intent is required. RFID read/write devices from the iID® PenReader range are especially suitable for this.

                                              iID®wearable has the shape of a smart watch, is easy to use and can be worn comfortably on the wrist or clip. With integrated battery, a low weight of 40 grams and a clear, structured design, the device convinces in handling processes. The battery life of the iID®wearable covers one working shift in standard processes and needs only a few hours to recharge. The communication range of the device can be adjusted to the application (from a few cm to 150 cm).

                                              A so-called POCKET are the especial compact handheld devices that are available for mobile use. They have their own energy supply due to the  battery or rechargeable battery and have an internal memory, so that no HOST is required during the direct use of RFID.                                                     The RFID read/write devices from the iID®POCKET range are small, practical handheld devices for mobile applications. They differ from the iID®PEN in their design and enhanced functionality with a display, programmable buttons and an internal event memory and real-time clock, which allow the pockets to operate without an immediately available HOST connection. The POCKET readers can be operated as a standalone device or connected via Bluetooth to a HOST.

                                                    • microsensys offers several smart RFID read/write devices for office applications. These read/write devices are characterised by their small size and ease of use. Office applications can usually be identified by having a transponder that is managed manually for the RFID read/write device, for example, to free up access or to programme or read an RFID data logger. A personal computer is usually used as HOST whose USB interface is ideal for connecting these stationary RFID read/write devices. The supplied drivers enable system houses to implement easily into the respective system solution.

                                                      iID® USBstick reader

                                                      The iID®stick is an RFID reader with LEGIC SM-4200 or 4500 technology, extensive hardware functionality and a USB stick design. With its implemented controller, it can support numerous RF standards (including LEGIC prime and LEGIC advant). The integrated planar antenna performs reading ranges of up to 50 millimetres. Security and access applications for PCs and notebooks in offices and server rooms as well as in outdoor areas are provided via the USB 2.0 interface.

                                                      • microsensys offers different RFID read/write devices in sturdy casing for industrial use. These read/write devices are characterised by an increased IP protection class and practical mounting devices. Industrial applications are generally characterised by transponders that are managed automatically via an RFID read/write device in order to detect an object or to read out corresponding data from the transponder memory or write on the transponder memory. Because of this, the reading or writing of a transponder in a complex system solution is often very time-critical. To always allow for an optimum solution, microsensys also provides suitable HOST devices for these applications which multiple RFID read/write devices can put together in a bus system and thus significantly simplify implementation for the system integrator.

                                                                microsensys offers a wide range of miniaturised and high-performance RFID OEM modules. These modules perform basically the same function as a read/write device, but can easily be integrated by the user into their own devices. The RFID antenna is usually already included in the OEM modules, which means the space required for these modules is very small and the modules can easily be mounted. For integration into hand-held computers from different manufacturers, specially adapted OEM modules have been developed which are mechanically and electronically tailored to the handheld computer.
