For over 50 years, we have been developing, manufacturing and marketing high‑quality baling presses for volume reduction of recyclable materials as well as shredders for the secure destruction of sensitive data – on paper and electronic data media alike. We are firmly committed to Germany as a production location and manufacture with an in‑house production depth of around 90% at three of our own plants. In addition to the well-known advantages of the V-Press series, the HSM V-Press 860 TimeSave has a decisive added-value factor: signficant savings in time with less staff needed for the task. Thanks to the time-saving lifting/tilting device, it only takes a few seconds to load the HSM V-Press 860 TimeSave using a collection cart.

This all-purpose stationary baler is designed for high loads and completely flattens paper scraps, large cardboard boxes, plastic foils and comparable materials – even rigid paint cans and light metal barrels (up to 200 litres). To handle even extremely one-sided loads in the press chamber, the press ram guidance has a specially large and sturdy construction. Both large loading flaps, which together function as an oversize feeding opening, make it possible to compact voluminous materials simply and quickly without having to manually tear them into smaller pieces beforehand.

The HSM HL 3521 S, with its exceptionally large loading aperture is the perfect machine for compressing large quantities of paper, cardboard, foils or packaging material and for extremely large and bulky materials. It also has been especially designed for compressing strongly expanding material such as foam.

This very compact, horizontal working counter plate press is suitable for large disposal tasks in retail and in small to medium central storages. The HL 4809 ST produces bales with a cross-section of 1100 x 750 mm and a weight of up to 430 kg. The integrated hydraulic lifting/tilting device significantly reduces the number of people required to compact the recycling material.

This very compact, horizontal working counter plate press is suitable for large disposal tasks in retail and in small to medium central storages. The bales from a HL 7009 have a cross-section of 1100 x 1100 mm and a bale length of 1200 mm up to 600 kg in weight and therefore achieve an optimum HGV capacity. With the large bales from the HL 7009, you also save on handling expenses. The integrated hydraulic lifting/tilting device significantly reduces the number of people required to compact the recycling material.

The high-performance HSM perforators perforate PET bottles prior to being compressed. In the compression that follows, this pre-processing of the material ensures optimum compact bales. The perforators HSM PET PF 600-4 and PF 1200-4 have very high throughput capacities with excellent price/performance ratios and complete the HSM range of disposal systems.

As a result of the HSM solution, the space required for returned empties is reduced to approx. 25-30 % of the original volume and as such, also reduces the time required for disposal. The special roller system perforates and crushes the containers. The sidewalls mesh into each other, making the reduction in volume permanent. Crushing has an additional advantage: deposit plastic bottles and cans are reliably invalidated.

This efficient PET recycling system reduces the volume of empty PET bottles by up to 90 % in one cycle and produces compact raw material bales.
