      • All the seals are made of NBR material and resistant to wear and chemical oils and have IP65 degree of protection. The seals at bottom suit well to the housings with their perfect design during the assembly.

        There are two types of locking mechanism.
        1. Min. wear occurs due to the rolling disk on the locking mechanism. Thus the locking pressure decreases at min. level. The spring which is used inside the locking mechanism is made of stainless steel and resistant to environmental conditions. The body of the locking mechanism is made of durable engineering plastics, means no corrosion problem.
        2. Metal locker is made of galvanized sheet metal with zinc plated (resistant against corrosion) All the mounting screws on the inserts are captive. All contacts have wire protection.

            FORMED IN PLACE FOAM GASKETING
            All of our enclosure range can reach up to IP67 ingress protection degree due to the newest technique for gasketting which is known as Formed in Place Foam Gasketing. The PU material is poured in to the groove and goes in to chemical reaction with air and fills the groove completely with no joints.

            Ingress protection degree up to IP67 can be reached in every single item with the same quality level.
