Reach truck is an electric high-lift pallet stacker with a multi-section extendable mast designed for use in warehouses. The reach trucks are used to work in racking systems and can handle loads of up to 2.0 tons at heights of 6 meters and above.
The reach trucks are recommended for companies that store products on pallets and need to process orders quickly. Due to its high maneuverability, the reach trucks are used effectively in warehouses with narrow aisles between the racks. Solidly manufactured trucks are the basis of the Baoli company's success, and the KBP 15L, thanks to its very robust chassis and the reliable components, confirms it.
The long tiller arm provides optimal and highly ergonomic control of the vehicle with right or left hand, requiring less operating force and allowing the driver to keep an optimal distance from the vehicle.
KBP 15L is offered with a 24 Volt / 30 Ah lithium-ion battery and with an onboard charger: this allows higher truck availability, due to easy intermediate charging at any standard power outlet. The battery offers around 4 hours of operation, and it will be possible to tackle an entire work cycle by exploiting the interim charges offered by lithium technology.
It’s possible to order the truck with a second spare battery and an external charger; that further increases truck availability.
Options for different forks lengths and widths, the turtle button for operation in narrow spaces, and very good performances on slopes complete the features of the KBP 15L guaranteeing a very high efficiency in any condition.

The KBO 01L is the new Baoli multifunctional vehicle, representing a new generation of trucks, able to guarantee optimal handlings in smaller volumes. If compared to its competitors the KBO 01L excels for a really intuitive interface. Indeed instead of complicated turning systems our truck offers a very simple steering wheel, making very easy and precise any movements inside narrower aisles and cornering. This increases a lot the operator safety preserving the goods as well. Thanks to its very compact design and low weight this truck has been designed for very narrow aisles, and it’s really perfect for any retail environment. With an up to 5,0 m picking heights and 90kg of load capacity, the KBO is always guaranteeing a very good efficiency when goods need to be picked or stored in shelves and racks and whenever is needed a 3m elevating platform. Safety comes first, as usual for Baoli, with this truck.
