      • Nikken X-Treme

      • Based on Nikken's award winning and best selling Multi-Lock milling chuck, the Nikken X-Treme solution retains market leading accuracy and the reliability that Nikken's customers expect from our Tooling solutions. X-Treme features a patented 'Sure-Lock' quad clamp system to provide positive locking & restraint of the tool shank even under the most extreme of cutting conditions when direct chucking.

        BENEFITS
        The X-Treme solution provides ultimate performance, control and reliability to meet the requirements of demanding Aerospace components and applications. The X-Treme Chuck provides the largest gripping force available from any tool holder currently available in the market on NBT50 (dual contact), HSK and Polygon C8 spindles. As standard X-Treme is fitted with an exclusive patented positive shank location and integrated face sealing system. As an option the face sealing and shank location system are completely replaceable to provide additional capabilities for Nikken’s ‘Jetter’ system. Both options provide complete control and optimisation of high-pressure coolant systems to suit any requirement.
      • Nikken Multi-Lock Milling Chuck

      • It is over 50 years since Nikken first developed the Multi-Lock Milling Chuck. Though much copied but never bettered we have again stayed ahead of the game and re-developed our technology to launch our very latest version of the 'Anniversary' type multi-lock milling chuck.

        Our latest generation Multi-Lock has a completely re-designed internal taper and external nut mechanism. These extensive revisions also feature an all new roller retainer containing a multitude more bearings, at a much higher density, than the previous version.
        The new multi-roller system far exceeds the original specification of 140% more needle rollers than any comparable chuck. Also, to allow for a more consistent and permanent gripping force when clamped the rollers are arranged differently in more rows than ever before. The new internal construction and design also provides a greater degree of dampening during any cut.
        The original internal slots within the chuck bore are combined with a thickened body wall and improved taper design to ensure there is no distortion even when heavy milling. So our latest generation product provides extremely smooth milling without any vibration or chatter.
      • Nikken Slim Chuck

      • Nikken's Slim Chuck provides customers with high-gripping torque and excellent run-out accuracy for high-precision drilling and light milling. The Slim Chuck offers performance, accuracy and substantial productivity increases over conventional ER type systems and is available for both standard and high speed applications.

        The Slim Chuck incorporates Nikken's exclusive TiN Bearing Nut technology. Our TiN Bearing Nut is more efficient allowing improved tightening and accuracy thus delivering better all-round performance than similar competitor products adopting a complicated ball bearing nut design. The main benefits are:

        Improved 'sliding effect' lowers friction due to surface hardness of the TiN bearing (HV2,200).
        Reduced internal corrosion for longer life and improved cutting performance - the uncomplicated design allows better balance improving surface finish and run-out accuracy.
        Better contact between nut and collet results in less vibration and therefore improved accuracy and performance.
      • Nikken VC Holder

      • Nikken's VC Holders are a variant developed from our hugely successful Slim Chuck with the emphasis placed more on the demands and requirements for milling and profiling applications.

        As with the Slim Chuck all VC Holders are equipped with our TiN Bearing Nut technology. This provides users with optimum gripping torque, improves rigidity and delivers outstanding & reliable run-out accuracy of less than 3 microns at 4xD. The VC Holder therefore provides superior machining performance, excelling with high-speed applications up to 40,000rpm.

        VC Holders use Nikken's exclusive TiN bearing loaded nut which drastically reduces friction and allows greater thrust during tightening.
        The system, as with the Slim Chuck adopts an 8 degree collet taper for improved gripping torque and higher precision.
        Design considerations of the VC Holder include an increased wall thickness which improves rigidity and stability during any cutting operation.
        Run-out accuracy is guaranteed at less than 3 microns at 4D.
        The collet design includes taper and square wedge location and a rear precision pilot diameter which reduces vibrations and drastically improves both surface finish and tool life.
      • Nikken Major Dream Holder

      • Nikken's Major Dream holder provides the optimum tool holder solution. The system is available to suit numerous tool shanks but when combined with Nikken's 2-lock (BT Double face contact) design the internal dampening mechanism comes into it's own and delivers excellent cutting performance (heavy-duty roughing through to super-fine finishing) and reduced tool wear.

        Major Dream holders feature TiN Bearing Nut technology. TiN Bearing Nuts are more efficient and deliver better all-round performance than holders using conventional ball bearing nuts

        Good sliding effect and reduced friction due to the TiN Bearing Nuts' surface hardness (HV2,200)
        Reduced internal corrosion for long life and improved cutting performance
        Better balance improves surface finish and run-out accuracy
        Improved flange contact results in less vibration and therefore improved accuracy
      • Nikken Advanced Mini Mini Chuck

      • The Advanced Mini-Mini Chuck is simply the most effective product for reduced diameter machining or components and applications where confined access or tight spaces can prove problematic.

        Designed as a mechanical alternative to both hydraulic and shrink-fit products it features an 8 degree collet and no external nut.

        This allows the chuck to be not only extremely compact but also provide gripping capabilities and performance characteristics surpassing those of the competitors.

        The Mini-Mini is a balanced system offering superior performance and accuracy at up to 30,000rpm (G2.5).

        Three sizes are available:
        MMC4 = Outside Diameter 15mm
        MMC8 = Outside Diameter 20mm
        MMC12 = Outside Diameter 30mm
      • NIKKEN Zero Fit Holder

      • When a machine tool has been in operation for 2〜3 years, the run-out accuracy of the spindle may decline to 0.010mm〜0.040mm at 100mm from the gauge line. The NIKKEN Zero Fit Holder allows correction of this error back to the “as-new” run-out of 0.001〜0.002mm.

        After “0” Fitting, the Tool Run-out Accuracy is far better and the milling surface finish and quality of the finished components can be improved.

        Finished tolerances are far more stable when machining holes after adjusting the runout of the tool to less than 0.001mm the variation of surface finish tolerance is minimized producing consistent components.
      • Nikken Major Dream Pro End-Mill

      • The new Nikken Pro-End Mill is a two piece milling solution designed to offer extreme performance on numerous applications including slotting, profiling, pocketing and ramping.

        The system is a two piece construction build around the Major Dream vibration dampening system. The base holder incorporates Major Dream which not only improves cutting performance but also considerably reduces costs by improving tool life and adding stability and accuracy to the cut.

        Our cutter is exclusive to Nikken and features high performance inserts which provide increased speed and feed rates and smooth shoulder blends.

        Interfacing both parts together is a screw and pilot system based on the popular Depo standard. This allows customer to, not only benefit from using Nikken's based holder and cutter together as a complete solution, but also utilise existing Depo style cutters and tools in conjunction with the Major Dream base holder.
      • Nikken NC Drill Chuck

      • Nikken's NC Drill Chuck offers 'solid' performance when compared to similar competitor systems.

        The NC drill chuck is a compact, precise, rigid and most of all safe solution for a wide variety of demanding applications.

        Competitor systems adopting the 'Jacobs' style interface in their design are unreliable and not particularly ideal for unmanned nor precision applications. The 'Jacobs' system features only a taper for the location of the drill chuck and for higher speed or heavy duty applications can detach from the base holder.

        The NC drill chuck incorporates an internal captive design or 'solidifying' bolt system which 'in effect' allows the base holder and drill chuck to precisely become one. This internal design allows the assembly to be considerably shorter and when combined with the compact head the system proves incredibly versatile.
      • Nikken Tapper Chucks

      • Nikken provide numerous solutions to meet the requirements of tapping applications. For machine tools enabled with rigid tapping capabilities our standard Multi-Lock and Slim Chuck ranges offer a more than adequate tapping solution.

        For a more specific tapping solution we have developed and offer a complete range of tapping chucks and collets.

        Within the range we feature synchronised, floating, auto depth control and auto reversing variants.

        All systems utilise our precision collets adaptors with the in-built rotary bearing cam system. This system features an internal roller cam which acts sensitively and smoothly against any tapping torque vibration.
    • 4th Axis Rotary Tables

        • Nikken CNC105/CNCZ105 Compact Rotary Table

        • This is the smallest CNC Rotary Table manufactured by Nikken Kosaksuho in Osaka, Japan. With pneumatic clamping this rotary table is used by many on their small vertical machining centres to deliver fourth axis capabilities at an affordable price. The CNCZ105 comes with a high-speed motor as standard that can quickly deliver a substantial return on investment.
