      • Load train Factory Train - The right load train for every operation

      • The load train Factory Train comprises of four different types of chassis. The payloads for all four series are between 1,000 and 2,000 kg. The FT800 series can even load up to 3,000 kg. The four series of load train Factory Train covers all imaginable areas of operation. This means maximum benefit for you as the customer and end user. From simple applications in the indoor area via complex outdoor use to automated procedures and processes.

        • With innovative and sophisticated technology, the load train Factory Train offers future-proof and cost-efficient intralogistics. Driving and operating the load train is ergonomically designed for the employee. Many safety functions are already integrated in the basic equipment.  The service and maintenance costs are as low as possible due to the long-lasting design, with operating hours counter and maintenance instructions, and the possibility of remote diagnostics.

            • Electronically controlled steering for maximum directional stability of the entire load train ("Virtual Track": driving as on rails).

            • Automatic speed reduction in cornering until the complete train is in straight ahead direction. No "whiplash effect".

          • Automated load train and holistic automation solutions for intralogistics

          • The automated load train Factory Train FT600 has been specially developed for automated logistics processes. The FT600 load train offers the same advantages as the manually operated load trains of the Factory Train range. The highlight: The lifting function is integrated in the FT600 series in the load carriers. This enables high positioning accuracy and height flexible loading and unloading at the source and destination.

              • With the conveyor belt carrier; the load carriers can be picked up directly from powered roller conveyors or delivered to the driven roller conveyor.  The pick-up and delivery height can be automatically adjusted by the lifting gear integrated in the load carrier.

              • Factory Shuttle FS - The compact driverless transport system

              • Compact, agile and efficient. The driverless factory shuttles are versatile in use and, in combination with the load train Factory Train, form a perfect combination for modern and automated intralogistics. Thus, the load train Factory Trains, both manually and automatically, can handle longer transport distances. For example, from the warehouse in production and assembly halls. The short distances to the individual assembly and production stations are then taken over by the driverless transport shuttles. Here, the shuttles can either "ride along" with the load train and "swarm out" at the place of use, or load / unload the load carriers when the load train arrives at the work site.

                Driverless Factory Shuttles not only standardise internal flows of goods, reducing throughput times and increasing productivity, but also increase safety. After all, the driverless transport system Factory Shuttle is equipped with sensors with the highest level of safety; the environment is permanently monitored.

                • Maximum safety, physical relief and high handling capacity

                  The demands on the driver of a forklift truck increase the bigger and bulkier the load to be moved is. A rotating driver's workstation for forklift trucks makes things much easier. The rotating driver's workstation stands for user friendliness, best ergonomics and therefore more efficiency. High handling capacity and safety for drivers and transported goods are just as important as the quality of the construction.

                    • Better view and safety

                    • With the rotating driver's workstation the driver can turn his entire workstation and has a free view in his reverse-drive direction of travel. The risk of accidents is reduced to a minimum and the driver can react quickly and safely in the event of dangerous situations. By slightly turning his head he also has a safe view of the load he is transporting.
                    • High user friendliness

                    • The operation of the rotating driver's workstation is simple and intuitive. The entire workstation including seat with operating unit, steering wheel and pedals is brought into the desired position with a simple hand movement. Turning the seat when changing the direction of travel is not necessary. The driver can drive backwards and forwards in rotated seat position - with optimum circumferential visibility.

                    • With the rotating driver's workstation the entire workstation turns round, not just the driver. The driver's musculoskeletal system is thus relieved and signs of fatigue and risks to health are reduced. A study of the professional association Trade and Goods Distribution (BGHW) showed that the rotating driver's workstation reduces the physical stress for the driver by approx. 60%. 

                      More rapid manoeuvring and safe load handling is possible due to better circumferential visibility and the physical relief of the driver. Consequence: increasing work efficiency and handling capacity.

                  • Panoramic seat

                  • Maximum safety, physical relief and high handling capacity

                    Whether forward and backward - with the 45° angled seat, the driver always has the best view in the direction of travel and of the load. With the optionally available panoramic seat for the forklift, the complete driver’s seat including pedals is turned to the right at a 45° angle. The difference from the previously available rotatable driver workstation is the rigid seat position at a 45° angle. The advantages are obvious: The driver always has the best view in his direction of travel and the best view of the hazardous area. The risk of accident is reduced to a minimum. The driver also always has the same seat position whether he drives forward or reverses. Thus, he must not familiarise anew and user-friendliness is very high. Due to the side seat position, there is plenty of space for the driver and a good amount of leg room.

                      • Physical relief and secure load handling

                      • The physical strain on the driver reduces enormously, particularly in many reverse movements. By turning their head slightly, the driver can both view their direction of travel and keep an eye on the load. The driver keeps a good overview of the immediate hazard zone and can safely move the forklift. It is no longer necessary to turn the upper body. The spine and back muscles are relieved of significant stress. This prevents long-term, permanent damage while driving and downtimes due to illness.

                      • The driver can set up his work place ergonomically according to his needs. The steering unit can be turned around the steering column by 120° and set to 21 different intermediate angles. Height adjustment is also possible. This increases comfort for the driver, which increases work productivity.

                    • Optimum circumferential visibility and safety

                      Due to the rotation of the entire driver's cabin of up to 90° to the left and 65° to the right and an additionally recallable full turn of 180° to the left, the driver always has best vision in his direction of travel – even when reversing. The rotating cabin for the Linde heavy forklift truck series 1401 has considerable advantages in material handling like the rotating driver's workstations for forklift trucks, above all in the case of large and bulky loads.

                        The elevating cabin is the ideal solution for an optimum overview and therefore best possible safety when transporting large and heavy loads. The elevating cabin is used to reduce visual obstructions by large loads and thus enable safe transport. The driver always keeps a clear view and can transport heavy and bulky loads safely and rapidly.

                          • The elevating cabin has a travelling speed of 0.24 m/sec. and can be moved out within 10 seconds to the maximum height of approx. 5.5 m (top edge of driver cabin). The driver's eye height is about 5.2 m above the ground. Therefore perfect vision for the driver, who has everything in sight.

                          • The combination of a deep load centre of gravity, the raised seat position and a connected reverse-drive camera ensure a good view of the load and the surroundings. The accident risk is minimized while increasing the handling capacity at the same time.
