OUR STANDARD TRUCKS
- Mariotti’s range of 3-wheel counterbalanced electric
trucks is the sturdiest most complete in the world for handling small loads

mini series - THE WORLD'S MOST COMPACT FORKLIFTS
- The Mariotti mini 4, with a maximum capacity of 400 kg, is the the smallest forklift truck of the world, measuring just 1095 mm (L2) in length. Compared to larger models it is capable of operating where no other forklift truck can go, without compromising anything on safety, efficiency, comfort and technology.

- AC technology
The AC traction motor technology results in less maintenance and an excellent economy of service in terms of energy, efficiency, and battery life. The Mini Range is fitted with 24V batteries. The system consists of a check panel and an inverter for operating the motors. The different component parts communicate by means of the CAN-bus protocol.
Adjustable wheelbase
A distinguishing feature of all the models manufactured by Mariotti is their adjustable wheelbase. This function which improves the driving performances of the forklift is connected to the mast tilt position. While approaching the load, you set it shorter by tilting the mast forward for a better maneuverability. Once you carried the load, you set it longer by tilting the mast backward for a better stability and traction. 
Steering system, power steering and side-shift
- A really compact and reliable rack and pinion steering system guarantees driving accuracy and low energy absorption, extending the truck's autonomy. Already in use on many larger forklift trucks, Mariotti introduced this technical innovation on units with capacities of less than 1600 kg. All our trucks are equiped with power steering and integrated side-shift as standard, which guarantees driving comfort and the utmost manoeuvrability and agility in tight spaces.
Check panel
- A clever LCD check panel constantly monitors the operating hours worked, the battery's charge status and the operating mode. Because it is directly connected to the inverter via CAN-bus, the panel will warn of any possible problems and identify specific failure.
Ergonomics, comfort and safety
- Mariotti is used to optimize the space on board every truck in order to create a cabin that is comfortable and safe for operators to use. Even the Mini range, despite the unique compactness, is designed with this in mind. It has a comfortable seat, with adjustable backrest and driving position as standard. The adjustable steering column means that every operator can set it to the correct driving position. The location of the steering column, of the directional switch and the hydraulic levers allows to use them easily and naturally. Moreover, brakes are hydraulic and the lifting control is electronically operated.

Moreover, brakes are hydraulic and the lifting control is electronically operated. The entire range has two drive modes: rabbit and turtle. Turtle does not just include a reduction of speed, but also a reduction of acceleration and braking with energy recovery. This mode enables to drive in tight spaces and to great lifting heights.

- AC technology
All the drive and lifting motors operate in AC, a technology that results in the need for less maintenance and produces excellent economy of service in terms of energy efficiency and battery life. The Mycros range is fitted with 36V batteries. The system consists in a multifunctional LCD display and from 2 to 4 inverters (depending on the version) for operating the asynchronous motors. The different component parts communicate by means of a CAN-bus protocol which guarantees the system's simplicity and reliability. In addition to the constant control over all trucks functions, the system allows a smooth and progressive control of the power of the motors, a dynamic acceleration without jerks and an electric braking with energy recovery. This produces a significant increase in the truck's performance and above all in the driving sensation experienced by the operator. A comprehensive package of benefits which leads to increased productivity.

Curve Speed Control (CSC)
Fitted as standard on all Mycros trucks, the CSC system automatically reduces the unit's speed, depending on the bend that the operator has to negotiate. This reduces the risk of losing stability and oscillating the load.
Quick Change Mast (QCM)
An innovative solution that is fitted as standard on front-wheel drive (FWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) models. It allows Mycros to be the only 3 wheel forklift truck all over in the world with an adjustable wheelbase, on which the mast is independent from the axles and the front motors which remain fixed to the chassis (like the trucks with a fixed wheelbase). This makes them quick and easy to maintain.

MX series - CONCENTRATED POWER
- They may be small (L2=1615 mm) but the trucks in the MX range possess all the power that a Mariotti unit can be equipped with: 48 volts and a load-bearing capacity of up to 1600 kg.
MX 16
- The Mariotti MX 16 is the largest forklift truck in the
range. Even though it is still moderately sized (L2=1615 mm) it retains all
the powerful characteristics of a Mariotti: 48 V and a load-bearing capacity
of up to 1600 kg. It leads the way in terms of technology, comfort,

- AC Technology
The AC traction motor technology results in the need for less maintenance and produces excellent economy of service in terms of energy, efficiency, and batteries life. The MX range is fitted with 48V batteries. The system consists of a multifunctional LCD display and 2 inverters for operating the asynchronous motors. The different component parts communicate by means of a CAN-bus protocol which guarantees the system's simplicity and reliability. In addition to the constant control over all trucks functions, the system allows a smooth and progressive control of the power of the motors, a dynamic acceleration without jerks and an electric braking with energy recovery. This produces a significant increase in the truck's performance and, above all, in the driving sensation experienced by the operator. Steering system, power steering and side-shift
A really compact and reliable rack and pinion steering system guarantees driving accuracy and low energy absorption, extending the trucks autonomy. All our trucks are equiped with power steering and integrated side-shift as standard, which guarantees driving comfort and the utmost manoeuvrability and agility in tight spaces.
Curve Speed Control(CSC)
Fitted as standard on all MX trucks, the CSC system automatically reduces the unit's speed, depending on the bend that the operator has to negotiate. This reduces the risk of losing stability and oscillating the load.
Quick Change Mast (QCM)
An innovative solution that is fitted as standard on front-wheel drive (FWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) models. It allows Mycros to be the only 3 wheel forklift truck all over in the world with an adjustable wheelbase, on which the mast is independent from the axles and the front motors which remain fixed to the chassis (like the trucks with a fixed wheelbase). This makes them quick and easy to maintain.

Multifunction LCD display
- A clever LCD check panel constantly monitors the operating hours worked, the battery's charge status and the operating mode. Because it is directly connected to the inverter via CAN-bus, the panel will warn of any possible problems and identify specific failure.
Ergonomics, comfort and safety
- Mariotti is used to optimize the space on board every truck in order to create a cabin that is comfortable and safe for operators to use. Even the Mini range, despite the unique compactness, is designed with this in mind. It has a comfortable seat, with adjustable backrest and driving position as standard. The adjustable steering column means that every operator can set it to the correct driving position. The location of the steering column, of the directional switch and the hydraulic levers allows to use them easily and naturally. Moreover, brakes are hydraulic and the lifting control is electronically operated.
