          • Autonomous Mobile Robot Navigation Systems

                • Beacon

                • Beacon is a highly accurate laser navigation system used in autonomous mobile robots

Beacon derives position using a 360° Lidar scanner and a well-distributed reflective target constellation to consistently determine the location of any AMR within 4mm.

                  Pinpoint accuracy
The key to the accuracy of the Beacon navigation system versus similar solutions on the market is its use of a ‘continuous wave’ beam of light. Beacon calculates its position using distance and bearing data from the first point it ‘sees’ each reflector until the last moment that reflector is in its ‘vision’ resulting in pinpoint accuracy.

                  Self Survey
Need to expand or change the layout of your facility? No problem! With Beacon, there is no need to employee a surveyor to undertake a lengthy and costly survey to create a new map. Beacon Self Survey can survey the facility and create the map within hours rather than weeks and can be used time and time again giving you complete flexibility and scalability.

                  • Ideal for large area
                  • Pinpoint accuracy
                  • Self survey
                  • Fast & easy commissioning
            • Light-Directed Material Handling

                • Light Systems

                    • Pick-to-Light Systems

                    • Our Pick-to-Light solution for order fulfilment is the fastest operator-based technology for broken case quantity order picking and supports techniques such as team-based zone picking, cluster picking and more. The system is flexible and can be reconfigured to add or move light modules to accommodate new products or locations, for example.

Light-directed picking reduces errors in production by using lights to direct operators to the correct parts and quantities, in the correct order, as required for any given bill of materials (BOM).

Pick to Light technologies can be integrated with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Warehouse Execution & Control Systems to form a streamlined and optimised material handling process for countless industries and applications.

                      • Returns processing
                      • putaway and replenishment
                      • Kitting & BoM processes
                      • E-commerce order fulfillment
                    • Put-to-Light System

                    • A Put to Light system improves accuracy and increases productivity within a warehouse, dispatch or fulfilment  facility.

Our Put to Light, light-directed solution is a space-efficient way of optimising high-speed order sortation and batch picking operations. Using this reverse Pick to Light method, Put to Light illuminates every put location where an item is required to complete an order. Pickers can then distribute the items accordingly and extinguish the light when the task is completed, saving valuable time and maximising accuracy.

Put walls are an efficient way to sort bins, totes or shelves of batch-picked, mixed-SKU items into individual ecommerce and direct-to-consumer orders. Lights direct fast and precise order sortation and indicate when a pick is complete.

Put to Light Systems are configurable to suit businesses of any size, with space-efficient options for SMEs and comprehensive and bespoke solutions for those handling large numbers of SKUs. When integrated with complementary automation technologies such as Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Warehouse Execution & Control system, Put to Light forms part of a holistic automation solution.
