          • Pallet Racking

        • AR Racking provides a comprehensive service in the production of pallet racking systems for heavy loads, which includes the design, preparation and assembly of industrial racking for pallets.

AR Racking’s pallet racking range includes storage systems in which the unit loads (pallets) are deposited on the metal structure by means of handling equipment.

                • Pallet Shuttle

                • The Pallet Shuttle (AR Shuttle) is a high-density compact storage solution that uses powered shuttles to automatically carry loads into the rack. The pallet shuttles are remotely controlled by an operator.

Hence, there is an optimum use of storage space and workplace accident rates are also reduced. The use of automated shuttles in place of forklifts during the storage process not only reduces the risk of accidents, but also the maintenance costs resulting from damage of the rack.

The main advantages of the AR Racking Pallet Shuttle system are its racking compaction capacity and the increase in productivity and safety in the warehouse.

                  • The Pallet Shuttle system enables you to maximize floor space and height available by minimizing the operating aisles needed for trucks.
                  • The AR Shuttle system allows for automatic control of inventory by using sensors to count the number of pallets stored.
                  • Remote control and bar codes help better control the stock, drastically decreasing error margins.
                  • Since forklift operators do not have to enter the aisles, maximum safety is guaranteed when handling pallets, avoiding collisions in the rack structure. This reduces maintenance costs as well as the number of issues from handling loads.
                  • With the pallet shuttle system, stored pallets can be loaded and unloaded as FIFO or LIFO, even in freezing chambers up to -30ºC.
                  • Optimization of space FIFO / LIFO
                  • Enables a continuous handling flow, speeding up operations in the warehouse.
                  • Constant handling flow.

                          • Increased productivity and efficiency. Reducing the margin of error by eliminating human errors, automating the inflow and outflow of goods, maintaining constant inventory control and having the ability to operate uninterrupted, results in increased productivity.
                          • Cost savings. Reducing the time required to carry out logistics processes, together with improvements in productivity and extending the useful life of the structure, will also result in lower costs.
                          • Time saving. By eliminating the need for operator displacement, the time spent in the order preparation process is significantly reduced, thus improving the customer experience.
                          • Space saving. Miniload systems can significantly increase available warehouse space. This space is therefore better used, since a height of up to 30 metres can be reached.
                          • Flexibility to combine and adjust to other storage systems, with the possibility of adding picking levels or adapting to different temperatures.
                          • Minimises load handling errors.

                          • Security. Workers do not have to move through the warehouse aisles, thus avoiding possible accidents resulting from falling goods or being run over.
                          • It guarantees the ideal preservation of the product thanks to the installation of cold stores or freezing chambers ensuring a controlled temperature inside the warehouse.

                        • Clad Rack Warehouses

                        • Clad Rack Warehouses are comprehensive storage systems which can be made up of any type of storage system as their main feature is for the racking to form part of the building structure. These types of warehouses stand out for their optimisation of storage at height and their versatility, since they can be designed based on different solutions and adapted to specific customer needs. In this system, the racking not only supports the load of the stored goods, but also the load of the building envelope, as well as external forces such as wind or snow. For this reason, civil engineering work is minimal, which speeds up assembly and reduces costs in relation to traditional construction systems.

                          • Optimum use of space at height. Clad-rack warehouses are high-bay storage solutions, which allow you to optimise the available space by building warehouses up to 40-45 m high.
                          • The incorporation of automated mechanical equipment such as stacker cranes and conveyors help minimise the space required for work aisles, thus providing more available storage space.
                          • The various automated systems facilitate the flow of goods, being faster and more effective, optimising the performance of the logistics facility and generating significant time and cost savings.
                          • Maximum endurance capacity. The construction of these warehouses is very robust and strong in order to withstand external factors such as wind, snow or seismic movements.
                          • Simple and quick installation of the warehouse: For the construction of a clad-rack warehouse, it is not necessary to build a high-bay facility to house the warehouse, so there is no need to have a building to house the building.
                          • Cost savings: The investment in a clad-rack warehouse is less than that of a warehouse with traditional racking, for high-bay storage solutions.
                          • Ideal for cold storage. These warehouses adapt to low temperatures, making them appropriate for installing cold stores and freezing chambers for the storage of goods. Likewise, the installation of galvanized racking provides greater protection against corrosion, greater durability and lower risk of structural damage.
                          • Great versatility: Each project is unique which is why clad-rack warehouses are tailored to different customer needs. Therefore, the interior design adapts to different storage solutions to guarantee maximum productivity.
