- Preselector for selecting the travel direction. A
steering wheel adjustment is also integrated that can be triggered directly

Claas Armrest
- A multifunctional armrest with single- and multiaxis

Small version J2
- The angular operating range is ±20°. The operating

Compact design J6
- The angular operating range is ±25° (±20°). The operating
principle is non-contacting: – analogue: rotating magnetic field over
hall-sensor – discrete output: reed technique. Short circuit-proof with
analogue version (short circuit duration: unlimited). The J6 has a 6/8/10 or
12 PIN Molex 5557 connector. The actuating force can be adapted according to
the handle. The static loading capacity (max. 150 mm from the point of
rotation) is 750 N in the x and y axis, and 500 N in the z axis. Mechanical
life: 8x106 operations equates 2x106 elobau cycles

Steering column switch

Float switch for fuel or hydraulic oil 298
- The elobau float switch 298... monitors the fill levels
in water, hydraulic oil and fuel tanks. Thanks to its sturdy construction,
up to lengths of 1200 mm, one-sided mounting without end support is
sufficient.
Float switch with fuel feed & return 351TEG..0
- This float switch is equipped with extraction and
return pipes and is perfectly suited for use in fuel and
water tanks. The float switch 351 TEG is mounted simply to the tank with the
coupling ring. The aeration and
de-aeration of the vehicle tank can also be performed by the float switch.

- Thanks to the extraction and return pipes, the float
switch is well suited for use in fuel and water tanks. The float switch can
be mounted simply to the tank with the coupling ring. The aeration and
de-aeration of the vehicle tank can also be performed by the 361 TEA.
Float switch for SCR systems 351ADBU
- This float switch was specially developed for SCR exhaust
technology. The necessary urea is only stable in a defined temperature
range. This is why this float switch features an additional circuit which
enables connection to an external heating and cooling circuit system. The
tank content can therefore be kept in a stable state without additional
piping.
Tilt sensor

- Whether at the platform of a lifting ramp or the fork
tree of a stacker, even with difficult installation conditions the new,

- General information: The angular measuring range is
between 30° and 120°. The measuring principle is non-contacting (rotating
magnetic field over hall-sensor). The system is short circuit-proof (with
unlimited short circuit duration). The angle sensor is equipped with a 3-PIN
AMP Superseal 1.5 plug. There is no mechanical stop. EMC standards for motor
industry (DIN 40839; testing impulses 1, 2, 3a/b; interference withstand 200

Angle sensor with redundancy 424R

Axial angle sensor 424Z
- General information The angular measuring range is
between 20° and 120°. The measuring principle is noncontacting (rotating
magnetic field over hallsensor). The system is short circuit-proof (with
unlimited short circuit duration). There is a mechanical stop at approx.
180°. The angle sensor meets motor industry EMC standards (DIN 40 839
testing impulses 1, 2, 3a/b; interference withstand 200 V/m; burst 2 kV).
The rotary axle is in a plastic bearing. Therefore, no force must act on the
rotary axle, i.e. no levers are permitted.
Angle sensor 360° (optional 2. output) 424D
- Angle sensor 360° General information: The angular
measuring range is between 20° and 359°. The measuring principle is
non-contacting (rotating magnetic field over hall-sensor). The system is
short circuit-proof (with unlimited short circuit duration). There is no
mechanical stop. EMC standards for motor industry (DIN 40839; testing

Machine Safety
- Safeguard your processes and protect your employees!
The machine safety product line offers an entire range of functions from
reliable detection to signal evaluation and transmission to the machine
control.
The magnetically-actuated safety sensors enable covered installation with
high switching distances and offset values. In addition, the risk of
manipulation is significantly limited. For small machines, a compact,
space-saving system is available – this consists of a safety sensor with
integrated evaluation electronics. The safety guard lockings prevent guard
doors from opening or restarting when the danger zone is open. The machine
safety product line is rounded off with E-stop buttons, standstill monitors
as well as interfaces for input and output extension. Configurable safety system

- Configurable safety assessment unit with max. 4
independent safety inputs (2-channel) and 4 safety outputs (2-channel) as

Speed-Monitor for machines and drives
- The motion detector is used for monitoring motion to

Straight design
- Closed-circuit current principle: guard locking by spring
force. Release by applying voltage to the interlocking solenoid.
Open-circuit current principle: guard locking by applying voltage to the
interlocking solenoid. Release by spring force.
insertion funnel ZA0S
- If an insertion funnel is used, even inexactly positioned
actuators are inserted reliably in the actuating head due to the large
opening aperture, thus protecting the safety switch against mechanical
influences. The insertion funnel can only be used in conjunction with an
actuator for insertion funnel.
Lockout bar for guard locking ZE0S
- Lockout bar to prevent the unintentional closing of a
safety guard. For safeguarding the lockout bar, there are 3 drilled holes
available, each with a diameter of Ø 7,2 mm. The locking dunction is given
with a bolt diameter of 4,5 mm to 7,0 mm. For blocking the actuating head,
the lockout bar must be inserted in opened postion into the actuating head.
Subsequently the slide is inserted into the actuating head until the drilled
holes overlap.
