Gugusan Maritime Sdn. Bhd, (GMSB), was incorporated in 1997 under the Companies Act 1965. The main purpose of the Company is to carry out shipping business especially in shipbroking, chartering, sale & purchase and other marine related services. GMSB is managed by a team of experience and professional local individuals in the trade and is well connected locally, regionally and globally with other shipping networks. It is a majority Bumiputra own company.
