




XT Telescope Stages are screw driven high precision linear stages ideal for applications where the stage body is required to move in and out of the workspace. Our innovative Drive system allows for a compact design and high forces at relatively high speeds. The outstanding lateral and angular Stiffness allows the stages to be used in horizontal- and in vertical orientation.
XE Elevation Stages can lift heavy loads with high precision and are designed for applications which require spatial clearance above the tabletop. Its compact design provides exceptionally high angular stiffness even at maximum travel. A special mechanism decouples radial error motion caused by the screw from the tabletop.

Our DynaMAX direct driven Gantry Systems are optimized for exceptionally high dynamics and high speeds combined with the demand of high multidimensional precision. The Gantry is fully integrated into a Granite machine base with optimized damping characteristics. DynaMAX systems are available in open or covered configurations and ideal for Laser material processing or similar applications.
Creating solutions for hundreds of challenging high precision motion applications during the last three decades we learned about all the different factors limiting precision and dynamic performance across the various motion systems.
