  • New Age Robotics & Controls was established in March 1989 as a robotic service company. We concentrated on electronic repair, servomotor repair and robot cycle time optimization. Since then, while still maintaining our initial profile, New Age Robotics has evolved to cover all areas related to an automatic manufacturing process. This includes building and supplying of equipment as well as repairs, programming, training and consulting. This full service capability has helped us become highly competitive in the area of robotic automation.

  • We carry a large inventory of more than 50 USED ABB, PANASONIC & MOTOMAN robots. We service hundreds of these robots currently in production across North America & Mexico.

    New Age Robotics supplies SPARE PARTS including teach pendants, boards, motors, resolvers, harmonic gears, bearings, castings, wrists and cables with same day delivery on stock items. We also carry a variety of used resistance welding guns, controls, transformers, gantries, water coolers and grippers.

      • We are an authorized Canadian PANASONIC Robotics distributor, including sales, service, robotic training, spare parts and consumable parts.

      • We carry used ASEA, ABB, Motoman and Panasonic robots which we sell with warranty. We stock a large inventory of spare parts, and are capable of repairing electronic boards and servomotors.

      • The Magnetic Nozzle Cleaner (MNC) is a capacitor discharge device that uses a very high magnetic field to dispense spatter deposits from inside the welding nozzle. Any impurities adhering inside the nozzle surface will become the focal point of an accelerated spatter deposition.
