The proportional pressure relief valve size 05 is a direct-controlled valve with a differential cone design that can also be used as a pilot valve for remote-controlled pressure adjustments. Pressures proportional to the solenoid current can be set.
The direct-controlled proportional pressure relief valve size 05 is designed according to the differential area principle, which makes it particularly suitable for control of relatively large pilot flows (e.g. of control pumps). Pressures can be set proportional to the solenoid current. If the pressure at port P reaches the currently set value (solenoid current), the valve opens and allows the medium to flow to port T. If the pressure drops again on the consumer side, the valve closes with low hysteresis.

The 3-way proportional pressure control valve EPDRD3 size 04 is a direct-controlled valve in spool design. Pressures can be set proportionally to the solenoid current. The valve is particularly suitable for pilot control of large directional control valves and control pumps. However, due to the very low leakage oil values, it is also often used in low-loss small hydraulic systems (e.g. clamping or braking systems).
Oil flow is maintained from port 2 (P) to 1 (A) until the set pressure is reached, after which the valve closes. If the consumer pressure drops again, the valve opens from 2 (P) to 1 (A). If the set pressure on the consumer side is exceeded, the pressure relief function of the valve is activated (3-way function). Oil then flows from port 1 (A) to 3 (T) until the set pressure is reached.

Proportional throttle valves from the PVDE, PVDR and PVDES series continuously control a flow depending on the electrical control current and Δp.
The proportional throttle valve PVD* can be used in a variety of ways. For example, very high-quality 2-way and 3-way flow controllers can be realized in combination with pressure compensators (see EPSR series). In combination with Δp-controlled variable displacement pumps, energy-saving load-sensing controls can be realized.

Properties:

There is no hydraulic system that does not have check valves installed. A check valve ensures that the oil can only flow in one direction and that the return flow is tightly shut off. Our check valves offer nominal flow rates of 20 l/min, 50 l/min and 120 l/min and can be installed in core bores for G1/4, G3/8 and G3/4. The variants with a nominal flow rate of 50 l/min and 120 l/min can be inserted in both directions and comply with automotive specifications in terms of development, production and assembly.
