  • Under the leadership of Norbert and Tetyana Hammel ARJES was founded in 2007 at the current location in Leimbach/Thuringia. In the beginning a staff of just 19 people worked with great dedication to transform their vision into innovative and economical concepts for the recycling sector. Based on over 30 years of experience in the construction of recycling machinery ARJES develops individual shredding and screening solutions for processing waste wood, green waste, biomass, plastics, paper, domestic and industrial waste, scrap metal, used tires and other materials.

          • In nature the element Titan resembles stability, liability and sturdiness at comparable low weight. These key factors were the main drivers for the development of a new machine generation. Titan series shredders use adaptive technology to process different materials. By optimizing the machine concept and the associated production process, the investment costs could be made more attractive in the customer sense.

              • IMPAKTOR 250

              • The ARJES Impaktor 250 is a versatile stone crusher for contractors, disposal companies and demolition professionals with moderate requirements. The tracked machine crushes a variety of the hardest materials such as rubble, concrete, asphalt, natural stones etc. The special shaft geometry, the asynchronous drive and the double jaw breaker system with the breaker bars ensure a uniform final product with less fine elements at high throughput rates.

              • Typical Applications

                By processing bulky waste wood, like demolition wood and pallets, this material can be recycled or used thermally. We offer different size shredding solutions for all categories of waste wood (A1 – A4) and final product sizes up to 150mm.

                For the use in a plant we provide stationary variants with electric drive. After feeding the material with a wheel loader or excavator the material is pre-shredded and freed from contaminants with the help of an overbelt magnet. Then you can separate the material with different screening techniques (e.g. star screen, disc screen, etc.) and feed it into subsequent processes.

              • Typical Applications

                The term biomass refers to the entirety of organic matter produced or resulting of plants and animals. Generally we distinct between solid and liquid bioenergy carriers. To harness these resources in thermal power stations it is first necessary to prepare the materials such as green waste, yard waste and tree branches accordingly. Our patented shaft system with effective cutting geometry ensures that the material is cut perfectly and NOT being squeezed.

                Root stocks, stem wood and timber places higher demands on the cutting tools. For this reason, our patented tool shafts are fitted with aggressive rippers that break the material first and then feed it to the finer blades.

                Ferrous and non-ferrous metals are particularly valuable resources. For volume reduction however very durable cutting tools are needed. Specifically designed for this application our metal shafts break the material with huge force and produce a final product size of up to 200 mm. The auto-reverse function prevents a fraction of the blades.

                At construction sites, large quantities of debris from building and demolition activities accumulate.
