This is exactly what we implement in our new machine park in Serbia. Here, contract manufacturers trained in Switzerland work on the wishes of our customers. Supported by state-of-the-art hardware and software for CNC processing of all types of metals, from sheet metal to stainless steel and aluminum. In order to meet our high quality standards, we take over the further training of our employees ourselves. In addition, we conduct research and development together with technical universities in Switzerland. Only in this way can we guarantee effective relief for the next 45 years.

LASERSCHNEIDEN
- The ultra-modern CNC machines in our facility allow for millimeter-precise, high-precision laser cutting. Specially trained contract manufacturers monitor and control the production in laser processing to present you with a tailor-made result. We are also happy to help you with the engineering part, in order to enable a smooth process in laser metal processing in advance.
CNC MANUFACTURING
- Our automated operation runs all year round. Through extremely efficient processes we can offer you low prices for CNC contract manufacturing. And that's why we know so much about CNC metalworking: For decades we have been working computer-aided with ultra-modern equipment. No matter whether you want to have CNC milling done or need turning work.
WELDING, DRILLING & MORE
- We offer a wide range of the classic tasks of metal wage work. From contract milling to contract turning and other metalworking, including welding, casting and drilling. Our customers know us since 1973 for reliable quality. This means all the more that we want to defend our good reputation - and approach every project with the utmost care and highly trained employees.
DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND PLANNING
- For us, orders in metal processing often begin before the actual contract manufacturing. We already support numerous customers during the engineering phase: the planning phase, the preparation of technical drawings and the transition to production. You benefit above all from our more than 45 years of experience, during which we have accompanied thousands of projects. A personal contact person will also be happy to take care of your design.
ASSEMBLY AND APPARATUS ENGINEERING
- Our contract manufacturers also take this step of the value chain off your hands. Whether for the production of individual parts or the assembly of thousands of units: In our company, trained experts in Switzerland are responsible for the assembly of your products. We do not limit ourselves exclusively to the material metal. Instead, we assemble assemblies of all kinds into a finished product.
STORAGE
- With us you get your goods just in time - that is, when your production process requires it. In the meantime, we take over the storage of your finished metal work. In our warehouses or the warehouses of our partners you can store your products at a reasonable price. Until the moment they are needed again. Then we will gladly organize reliable logistics to relieve you from planning the transport. International shipments are delivered directly to your plant or from EXW Bachenbülach - in the way that is easier for you.
FINISHING (SANDBLASTING, POWDER COATING, GALVANIZING, ETC.)
- We are also happy to provide you with services such as sandblasting, hot-dip galvanizing or electroplating, and powder coating. For sandblasting, we have various possibilities from blast rooms to manual blast cabins or fully automated continuous or turntable systems, always suitable for your workpiece. We can deburr, roughen, polish surfaces, break edges, prepare surfaces for painting, derust, clean and much more. We can powder-coat in all RAL colors or special requests. Ask for an offer, we can certainly offer the right service.
SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING (SPS)
- Wir programmieren für Sie die Software für Ihre Anlage. Aufgrund unserer langjährigen Erfahrung können wir Ihnen bei verschiedenen Projekten mithelfen. Mit SPS-Steuerungen von Siemens (S7-1500, S7-1200, S7-300, Logo), Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Eaton, Omron etc. kennen wir uns bestens aus. - From the planning of your entire electrical system and the drawing of the electrical schematic to the wiring of the control cabinet and cabling at the plant, we are your reliable partner for all electrical matters.
RECYCLING ALLER ART
- For the sake of the environment, it makes sense if products or at least parts of them can be reprocessed and reused. With our automatic sandblasting systems, we can sandblast or glass-blast (pearl) your products inexpensively and thus contribute to the circular economy. Especially plastics in dark colors can be treated very well this way - the surfaces look practically like new afterwards.
