Product Portfolio
  • Magnetic drive centrifugal pump DM

  • Electric centrifugal pumps
Debem’s magnetic drive centrifugal pump is the ideal solution for numerous applications. The complete lack of metal parts in contact with the fluids being pumped renders them ideal for working with acids and corrosive products.

The pumps are driven by a pair of magnets: the outer magnet is positioned on the motor shaft and transmits the motion to the inner magnet integrated with the hermetically sealed impeller. The magnetic drive centrifugal pump impeller (closed impeller) is not physically fixed to the motor shaft, thereby eliminating the need for seals and consequently any leaks of the liquid being pumped due to wear. Some of the main applications for these types of pumps are laboratory machines or medical equipment, photographic developing machines, galvanic and chemical industry, water treatment, aquariums, filtering systems, heat exchangers, silver recovery systems, graphics industry and in X-ray processes.

Magnet drive pumps are made with a small number of components, making them very easy to maintain. The pumps are available in polypropylene (PP) or in Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

      • Air operated double diaphragm pumps

      • Debem’s air operated double diaphragm pumps are ideal for pumping liquids with high apparent viscosity, even if containing suspended solids. The stall-prevention circuit guarantees a safe operation, without requiring lubricated air. These pumps have achieved unprecedented levels of versatility due to their self-priming capacity with a considerable suction head, the ability to fine-tune the speed without losses of pressure as well as the possibility of dry-running without suffering damage. The vast range of construction materials allows us to select the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment, without neglecting the operating temperature range. The construction principle of the air operated double diaphragm pumps makes them ideally suited for demanding applications or potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX – IECEx certification).
          • Cubic

          • The ATEX certified air-operated double diaphragm pumps, with their unique design and limited size, are ideally suited to be installed directly on industrial equipment for the chemical sector, to pump ink and paint, on printing machines, in oil circulation and in applications where moderate quantities of fluid must be pumped in small spaces. The CUBIC range includes the MIDGETBOX pump which is currently the smallest and highest performing pump on the market for the chemical sector.

          • Remote control

          • DEBEM’s double diaphragm pumps of the RC line have been designed for all applications that require the pump to be controlled remotely or directly by the machine on which the pump is installed, for example, when measuring or dosing the product.
The RC pumps are always operated with compressed air.

            The remote controlled pumps DEBEM
All the pumps of the RC line are ATEX – IECEx certified, constructed in polypropylene or PVDF in the plastic version or in aluminium or AISI 316 L for the metal versions.

          • Fullflow

          • In recent years, our R&D department has developed and patented a new pump model, the FULLFLOW 502, a unique pump of its kind. The new FULLFLOW 502 pump is fitted with flaps instead of the classic ball valves, which allow the passage of large-sized solids, reducing at the same time the crushing normally associated to the passage through balls and cages. Even though the maximum diameter for the passage of solids of 45 mm is not exclusive, the uniqueness for this type of pumps lies in the maximum length of the solids: 600 mm. Similarly, the pump features an exclusive patented circuit positioned below, perpendicularly to the fluid chambers instead of being in axis. The fluid dynamics of this choice ensure that the solids transit outside the pump casing, following a linear path at a lower level to the pump. The maximum flow rate is about 530 litres per minute.

            • Magnetic drive centrifugal pumps KM

            • Magnetic driven centrifugal pumps from our KM series are a leap ahead in flowrates and energy efficiency. Born in collaboration with CDR Pompe, they retain and increase the excellent characteristics of the DM pumps, for heavier duty applications.

            • Horizontal centrifugal pumps with mechanical seals MB

            • The MB SERIES consists of horizontal centrifugal pumps with a resin casing (polypropylene or PVDF). Their open impeller design allows them to pump even very dirty fluids with an apparent viscosity up to 500 cps (at 20°C) and small-sized suspended solids.

The MB horizontal centrifugal pumps are driven by an electric motor (Max. 3000 RPM). The flow rates vary based on the model and cover a range from 6 to 75 m3/h. Customers can choose between two different types of seals, based on their application: lip seal (TL) or mechanical bellows seal (TS).

Support lantern and connection between pump and motor with a flexible coupling
Usable with fluids containing suspended solids
              Suitable for continuous use

          • Pulsation dampeners

          • The EQUAFLUX SERIES consists of pulsation dampeners suitable for use with air-operated double diaphragm pumps. The high capacity of minimising pulsations, vibrations and water-hammer makes it the ideal component for protecting systems. The dampers adapt automatically to the pump’s operating conditions (they don’t need manual adjustments or calibrations) and guarantee a regular outlet flow rate.
                • Equaflux

                • The EQUAFLUX pulsation damper is operated by the same compressed air that drives the pump. The air, introduced in the counter-pressure chamber (behind the diaphragm), creates a self-adjusting pneumatic damping cushion based on the pressure exerted by the pump.

                  Technical features
Debem pulsation dampeners can be used with fluids with a high viscosity and large suspended solids.

Customers can choose from a vast range of construction materials to achieve the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment, without neglecting the correct operating temperature range. Specifications:

            • Drum transfer pumps

            • The drum transfer pump consist of a dip tube at the end of which the open impeller is housed, fixed on the drive shaft connected to the pump by means of a ring nut, while the transmission takes place through a transmission joint. The operation is given by the impeller, which is integral with the shaft, and is connected to the electric or pneumatic motor, by means of a coupling, which rotates it, creating the centrifugal effect.
                • TR electric motor

                • Drum transfer pump with electric motor is fitted with an 800 watt (10500 RPM) motor and open impeller. This combination allows the pump to produce flow rates up to 90 litre/minute, with a continuous flow of clean corrosive fluids with an apparent viscosity up to 900 cps. The motor also features a safety switch that prevents the pump from restarting accidentally in case of power outages.
                • TR transfer pump

                • Pneumatic drum transfer pump can produce flow rates up to 70 litre/minute and the open impeller maintains the continuous flow of clean corrosive fluids, with an apparent viscosity up to 600 cps. Moreover the pneumatic motor can be used to finely adjust the flow in delivery.
              • Mixers and peristaltic pumps

              • The compact submerged mixers are designed for a wide range of applications, regardless of the shape and size of the basin. Peristaltic pumps operate with a ‘flowing pressure’ exerted on a flexible hose with rollers, rotating parallel to an axis, and supported by a rollers holder.
