      • 6000

      • The 6000 baler range is at the top of the Gallignani lineup in terms of robustness, bale density and productivity, and was developed primarily for the professional users who want to achieve the highest performance without compromises.

        According to the models, some machines can be equipped with «extra large» pick-ups or high-density tails, for those who want to make the heaviest possible bales.

        The 6000 baler models are offered with a large amount of standard accessories, rely on cardan shaft and gear drivelines to maintain always the perfect synchronization between forks, piston and knotter, and have feeding systems made of two forks assisted by an auger conveyor to guarantee a constant flow of the product into the compression chamber.

        Finally, one of the most interesting optional accessories is the humidity sensor with carry-on display to constantly monitor the conditions of the agricultural product.

      • 5690 EXL

      • The Gallignani baler 5690 EXL is a machine designed to guarantee always the maximum versatility with all types of agricultural product and the highest productivity in the most diverse working environments, above all when unswathed products, or very large swaths, or very long products must be baled.

        The compression chamber and tail are similar to thow of the 5690 S model, the reared 1,93m wide pick-up with 6 bars and 156 teeth provides the highest possible picking speed and her 3 forks with crossed phases feed the compression chamber in the most efficient way. The result is a surprising mix of performance and productivity.

        Among the optional accessories the customers can choose the centralised knotter lubrication, the hydraulic pick-up lift, the hydraulic adjustment of the drawbar, a twin cardan shaft and an electric bale counter.

        The machines can also be equipped with a humidity sensor with carry-on display to constantly monitor the conditions of the agricultural product.

      • "The Gallignani 5690 balers are one of the most balanced solutions in terms of productivity, robustness and maneuvrability in all work environments. These machines were designed specifically for large fields, professional users, contractors and farms of large sizes, and their dimensions allow road haulage without special permits. The 5690 baler range is one of the biggest successes of Gallignani company since many years thanks to an excellent mix of performance and technical solutions that provide excellent ease of use and maintenance and unparalleled durability. The standard machines are already rich of useful features, but a wide choice of optional accessories is also available, like the centralized lubrication system for the knotter, the electric bale counter, the hydraulic pick-up lift and the adjustable drawbars of mechanic or hydraulic types. The machines can also be equipped with a humidity sensor with carry-on display to constantly monitor the conditions of the agricultural product."

      • The balers 3690 machines are lighter and smaller than the 5690 models, but most technical choices are similar. Nevertheless they offer a very good performances that will certainly satisfy the needs of most professional farmers.

        The lower weight and the reduced dimensions provide better maneuvrability especially in the small and medium size fields, soft terrains or when it's necessary to haul the machines on long, narrow roads.

        The standard equipment can be enriched with the centralised lubrication system and a double knotter fan, the hydraulic pick-up lift, the drawbar adjustment of mechanical or hydraulic types, the electric bale counter and the humidity sensor with carry-on display for the compression chamber.

      • The Gallignani baler models 1600 and 2690 are special machines of very light weight and maximum agility. Most technical solutions are similar to those of the larger models but, thanks to their unique specifications, they can be used on very steep or very soft terrains, like mountains or rice fields, providing a surprising farming experience. Among their accessories we find the hydraulic pick-up lift, the mechanic of hydraulic drawbar adjustment systems and the humidity sensor for the compression chamber.

      • The Gallignani baler models 1600 and 2690 are special machines of very light weight and maximum agility. Most technical solutions are similar to those of the larger models but, thanks to their unique specifications, they can be used on very steep or very soft terrains, like mountains or rice fields, providing a surprising farming experience. Among their accessories we find the hydraulic pick-up lift, the mechanic of hydraulic drawbar adjustment systems and the humidity sensor for the compression chamber.

            • The all GF220 S Line, GF225 S Line and GF255 S Line are fixed chamber balers designed for maximum flexibility in all crop conditions. The combined bale chamber concept, with roller at front and chain and slat at the rear is the ideal combination for dense and well-shaped bales in all conditions.               The all-new GF325 ProLine full roller fixed chamber baler is designed for intensive professional use through long working days where high efficiency is required.               • Gallignani presents a new generation of variable chamber balers. Called the GV416-GV418 S-Line they are based on knowledge built up over many years in the baler business, bringing you an assurance of reliable operation even in the toughest working conditions. The GV 416 and GV418 S-Line bale chamber offers a combination of 3 rollers and 5 wide laced belts. This mixed chamber ensures a smooth bale start whatever the intake system, offering smooth bale rotation and reduced crop loss, even in dry conditions.

              • With true multi crop performance in silage, hay and straw, the new GV516 and GV520 Pro-line incorporate a host of features to make your working day more profitable. Both models offer truly intelligent baling with a clean raking 2.2m 5 tine bar pick-up, choice of intake system, programmable ’multi chamber’ bale density system and user friendly controls. The two versions offer bale diameters from 0.60m up to 1.65m and 2.00m respectively. The new GV516 and GV520 Pro-Line are fully ISOBUS compatible.

                    • The G990 is a trailed bale wrapper with front loading arm and double satellite wrapping system particularly suitable, thanks to its high productivity, for a professional use.The low configuration of the frame as well as the low position table and the double satellite film dispensers ensure great stability and fast wrapping speed in all conditions.

                    • G 880

                    • The G880 is a trailed bale wrapper with side loading arm and rugged duty frame which make it particularly suited to heavy duty work cycles and working conditions. The wrapper can take a bale on the platform and another one on the loading arm to maximize the work cycle: wrapping and loading while moving to end of field.

                    • G 550

                    • The Gallignani G 550 is a new mounted satellite bale wrapper. Unique to this version is the self-loading loading device, making the wrapper able to pick-up, transport and wrap on the move. This make it possible to pick-up the bale in the wrap and transport it to the storage site while wrapping. Two guide rollers pick-up the bale for wrapping. Satellite pre-stretcher ensures fast and accurate wrapping of the bale. The G 550 is mounted very close to the tractor for good weight distribution and stability during work. The G 550 series can be supplied with computer and joystick control.

                    • G 660

                    • The G 660 is a trailed wrapper with side loading arm particularly suitable for small to medium sized tractors. The machine is very easy to operate; even the mechanical version offers fully automatic cut and tie of film. The hydraulically operated loading arm is positioned on the right hand side and can handle bales from 1.20 m up to 1.60 m diameter.

                    • G 440

                    • The G 400 A is a three-point mounted wrapper with a simple but very reliable way of wrapping silage bales. It is ideal for ’wrap and stack’ operations. When the bale is being transported to the storage site for wrapping, this three point mounted version is the ideal solution. It can be mounted on the rear or front hydraulics of the tractor and is available with computer control and mini-joystick.
