IST AG’s new Pt100 resistive sensors offers temperature measurements in very narrow spaces

For applications with confined and narrow spaces, IST AG offers Pt100 resistive sensors with axial leads. The extremely narrow design of the sensor chip and the glass passivation allow temperature measurements in very confined spaces. For example, where the sensor must fit into a hole or pipe with an inner diameter of less than 0.8 mm.

Other design examples include sensors with axial inlets in long tubes or ducts that sense temperature at multiple points and function as averaging sensors.

Other Pt resistive sensor solutions for temperature monitoring in small spaces offered by IST AG include sensors with inverted welded and bent leads for easier insertion into pipes. IST AG’s development team is constantly looking for solutions that meet the needs of each customer application. Take advantage of IST AG’s many years of experience with expertise in custom sensor integration and consult for solutions to sensor requirements!
