Process commercial waste or construction waste effectively and flexibly: With two powerful solutions, Doppstadt presents processing concepts for different areas of application at RecyclingAKTIV from 27 to 29 April. Visitors can experience the concepts in action in live demos at the trade fair stand. The single-roll shredder METHOR adapts to a wide range of requirements. The mobile-modular processing concept MMAK also promises high flexibility with full legal security. Live demos will take place twice a day.

“Flexibility is in the foreground at Doppstadt. Our solutions can be used in many ways and can be easily adapted to different needs,” says Michael Zeppenfeldt, Sales Manager Germany at Doppstadt Umwelttechnik GmbH (DUG).

METHOR: different applications in one machine

One example of the high degree of flexibility is the METHOR. Its entire shredding system can be adapted to different applications within 30 minutes. These include applications such as commercial waste, mixed construction site waste, waste wood, braids from paper production, plastic waste and organic waste.

This versatile, low-speed single-shaft shredder is also available with electric drive. “With this, we offer companies an attractive and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional drive solutions. Not only do they operate with low emissions, but they also conserve resources and are virtually silent,” says Zeppenfeldt. At the demonstration fair for waste disposal and recycling, Doppstadt will present the METHOR in the processing of construction waste and hard plastics.

Economical, flexible, legally compliant: Doppstadt’s mobile-modular processing concept MMAK

Visitors to the Karlsruhe trade fair will also get an insight into Doppstadt’s MMAK. Based on the modular principle, it allows all components of the Doppstadt series machines to be combined into a smart overall solution. The individual components can be easily exchanged. This allows users to react quickly to changing legal regulations or different input.

At RecyclingAKTIV, Doppstadt will show the MMAK as a solution for the pre-treatment of commercial waste. In addition, the treatment concept has proven itself in the areas of construction and biowaste. This compact plant concept combines low space requirements with low operating and investment costs. Disposal costs can be reduced by up to 40 percent, depending on the area of application.

The Doppstadt Group will be exhibiting at RecyclingAKTIV 2023 from 27 to 29 April 2023 at Stand F440 at the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre.
