      • The DFX Series from Chatillon is an economical digital force gauge ideal for applications where users are interested in basic peak force measurement.

        The DFX is available in four capacities (10lbf, 50 lbf, 100 lbf, 200 lbf) and features an integral loadcell with a measurement accuracy of better than 0.5% full scale. This digital force gauge operates using two (2) 9Vdc alkaline batteries or using the standard battery eliminator. The battery eliminator is supplied with a US, UK and EURO style plug.

        A large, easy-to-read, high resolution dot matrix LCD display supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak readings. The display language may be setup to indicate in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Chinese.

        The DFX Series’ calibration procedure is included in the gauge’s setup. The DFX Series force gauges come with a carrying case, battery eliminator, flat and hook adapters.

        • EZ Series – Dual Column Materials Testers

        • The EZ Series dual column materials testers from Lloyd Instruments offer high performance and flexibility. These materials testing machines are ideal for testing applications up to 50 kN (11241 lbf), and are designed for both routine quality control testing and for performing complex multi-stage tests.

          The high stiffness frame incorporates a crosshead guidance system to prevent side loading of the test sample. Crosshead travel on the EZ test machines are up to 855 mm (33.7 in).

        • LTCM Series – Motorized Test Stands

        • The LTCM100 Series is a line of motorized test stands manufactured by Chatillon. The LTCM Series is a cost-effective motorized tester enhanced for product floor operations.

          When integrated with a Chatillon DF Series digital force gauge, it offers the operator a user-friendly testing system for tensile, compression, peel and flexural testing applications.

          The test stands feature a very large working area, and a 5-inch or 130mm throat, which are useful for wide sample sizes.

          The base is designed with pre-drilled holes to be used for fitting fixtures and particular testing jigs. Its crosshead travel is managed from a simple console, or by using a choice of footswitch controller, and is extended up to 15 inches or 380mm. The speed can be set from 0.2 up to 20 in/min, or 5 up to 500 mm/min.

        • The MT Series manual test stand from Chatillon is a flexible, easy-to-use solution for force measurement with key focus on tension, compression, peel and flexural testing.

          The 150 mm (6 inch) throat makes the MT Series excellent for testing large specimens, and the removable plate is designed to accommodate metric as well as imperial threaded fixtures.

          It may be equipped with a quick-action lever or precision hand wheel for controlling crosshead speed and travel.

            • The KB Series hardness tester applies up to 3000 kg load on a 10mm ball, making a visible indentation that is read using a Brinell scope or our B.O.S.S. system.

              The calibrated accuracy is better than 0.5% of the applied load. Simply place the specimen between the anvil and test head, manually crank the test head downward onto the specimen and apply the desired load using the hydraulic lever.
