              The XCite offers easy operation and an attractive starting price. The all-round system is suitable for quality control of components as well as for classic measurement of work pieces.                     The RSplus is a CNC horizontal arm CMM and can be supplied with touch trigger, scanning or optical probe systems. The RSplus is suitable for full Body-in-White (BIW) automotive applications, mould and die and toolmakers. Typical parts are complete vehicle bodies and individual assembly groups, plastic interior parts, seats and large components of all kinds. The machines are also shop hardened allowing for their installation close to the point of production.

                    The linear guideways of the RSplus are side mounted. Precision roller bearings provide the highest level of speed and precision. The machine designs are modular allowing the machines to be build to suit an application precise measuring volume. The superior design and compact arrangement of the guide elements of the X axis provides perfect accessibility for measuring and maintenance tasks from all sides. By this construction, the CMM can easily be moved to another location.

                    The RA is a CNC horizontal arm CMM and can be supplied with touch trigger, scanning or optical probe systems. The RA is mainly used in the automotive and supplier industries, tool and die making and for gauges and fixtures. The machines are also shop hardened allowing for their installation close to the point of production.

                    The mechanical bearing of the RA series are top mounted. This design allows the easy placement of heavy components up to complete vehicles on the CMM. Linear guideways ensure precise movement in the X axis; precision rollers support the Y and Z axes. The machines are available in duplex configuration (RAD) increasing Y measuring volume. The extremely stable steel band protection system prolongs the life of the working parts of the RA measuring machine. The arms can work individually or in a joint coordinate system. The machine designs are modular allowing the machines to be build to suit an applications precise measuring volume.

                    The RAplus is a CNC horizontal arm CMM and can be supplied with touch trigger, scanning or optical probe systems. The RAplus is mainly used in the automotive and supplier industries, tool and die making and for gauges and fixtures.                     The RAX is the new state-of-the-art CNC horizontal arm CMM from the well-tried WENZEL R-Series and has been developed in close cooperation with one of the world´s leading car manufacturers. The RAX can be supplied with touch trigger, scanning or optical probe systems and is especially suitable for accurate measuring of high and large components. The innovative system can easily be used in the production environment.

                    The standard version of the RAX offers a large measuring range of 3100 mm in Z-Axis. The Y-Axis has a standard length of 1600 mm in single – or 3000 mm in duplex version. Due to the mirror-image structure of the duplex version the measuring range in X-Axis will optimally be utilized. Depending on the probe system the measuring range starts directly above the base plate in Z-Axis. The high-precision linear guideways in all axes meet the steady increasing demands of precision measurement technology. The X-axis guideways are integrated at floor-level into the base plate. This design allows the RAX to be fitted with heavy components to complete vehicles. The drives have been optimized based on the well-tried WENZEL technology for the new construction. The RAX can be equipped with multiple touch probes and software modules.

                    Mobile control elements are optional and available for maximum flexibility and ergonomics. Options such as the dynamic temperature compensation or active pneumatic vibration damping are also available for the new RAX.

The innovative and user friendly operating concept allows to set-up a measurement within a few minutes. All components of the exaCT® XS are integrated in one unit. A robust and compact measuring system with high dynamics, specifically designed for the measurement of turbine blades on the production floor. CORE-DS is equipped with a white light sensor, which makes the measurement of highly reflective and polished surfaces possible.
                              CORE D was developed for the inspection of turbine blades in production environments.

                              Two different options are available for CORE D. CORE DG is an optical gauging system for single point measurements and CORE DS for single point measurement and scanning-mode.

                            • MAXOS is ideal for the measurement of large turbine blades and complex parts. This optical system especially meets the high expectations of the aerospace industry.                                 • PointMaster is the successful and reliable software from WENZEL with the modules Reverse Engineering, Verification, CAM Milling and Computed Tomography.

                                  All modules are an integral part of the system solution based in the core software PointMaster. In addition the new release offers multicore acceleration with full 64 bit performance.

                                  The success of PointMaster is based on the completely object-oriented handling. Most functions are supported with automatic functions. The easy of use is one of the strong points of PointMaster. It is possible to learn PointMaster in a few hours. Another of PointMaster’s major plus points is the visual assistance provided by the interactive feature ‘Shading’. This displays both artefacts and any areas of discontinuity, as well as feature lines, which are the key for surface segmentation.
