                  • Type: MS5805

The MS5805-02BA is a new generation of high-resolution altimeter sensors from MEAS Switzerland with I²C bus interface. It is optimized for altimeters and variometers with an altitude resolution of 20 cm. The sensor module includes a high-linearity pressure sensor and an ultra low power 24 bit ΔΣ ADC with internal factory-calibrated coefficients. It provides a precise digital 24 Bit pressure and temperature value and different operation modes that allow the user to optimize for conversion speed and current consumption. A high-resolution temperature output allows the implementation of an altimeter/thermometer function without any additional sensor.

The MS5805-02BA can be interfaced to virtually any microcontroller. The communication protocol is simple, without the need of programming internal registers in the device. This new sensor module generation is based on leading MEMS technology and latest benefits from MEAS Switzerland proven experience and know-how in high volume manufacturing of altimeter modules, which have been widely used for over a decade. The sensing principle employed leads to very low hysteresis and high stability of both pressure and temperature signal.

This sensor requires 8 pads for operation, uses I²C communication and operates at a 1.8 – 3.6V supply voltage. With an operating pressure range of 10 to 2000mBar, it has a pressure accuracy of ±2.0mBar (@25°C, 300…1200mBar) and pressure resolution of 0.016mBar. Operating at a humidity range of 0 – 100% R.H., it has a humidity accuracy of ±3.0% R.H. (@25°C, 20…80% R.H.) and humidity resolution of 0.04% R.H. In regards to temperature, this sensor operates at -40°C to +85°C with a temperature accuracy of ±2.0°C (-20°C…+85°C) and temperature resolution of 0.002°C.

The module MS8607 features a very low standby current consumption of max. 0.24μA. It provides different operation modes that allow optimizing for speed and current consumption, therefore it can be adjusted to the individual application. The MS8607 is packaged in a QFN-package (5.0x3.0x1.0mm³).

The MS8607-02BA01 is well suited for applications in the consumer electronic and industrial marketplace such as smart phones and tablet PCs, HVAC applications, weather stations, printers, home appliance and humidifiers.

                        • The MS7212 is an absolute silicon micro-machined pressure sensor for harsh environment. A vacuum reference
cavity is sealed on top of the sensitive silicon membrane by the anodic bonding of a Pyrex™ cap. The pressure,
applied on the backside, is converted in electrical signal by piezo-resistors implanted in the silicon membrane.
To improve the sensor stability, a drilled Pyrex™ is bonded on the backside. As the pressure port consists of
Pyrex™ and silicon, both stable in most of the chemicals, the MS7212 is suitable for media-resistive
                          applications.

                        • The MS763 is a biomedical sensor. It has been designed as an implantable sensor where all the connections are
on one side. The bonding pads are large in order to glue or solder wires on.
The sensor element of the MS763 consists of a silicon micro-machined membrane. Implanted resistors sense
the deformation of the membrane by using of the piezo-resistive effect. The MS763 is available as a differential
sensor (MS763-S) without base Pyrex or as an absolute sensor with a 0.2 mm thick Pyrex (MS763-A).

                        • The sensor element of the MS79005 consists of a silicon micro-machined membrane. Implanted resistors make

sensor, which has outstanding linearity and span values, is available in various configurations. The absolute
pressure sensor employs a sealed vacuum reference cavity underneath the membrane. The Pyrex glass wafer
used for this sealing has a thickness of 0.2 mm (MS79005-A_0.2) or 0.5 mm (MS79005-A_0.5). Two gauge
versions available: one with a drilled Pyrex glass (MS79005-D) and the other without Pyrex glass (MS79005-S).

                                            • DESCRIPTION

The HTU(F)3535 are ready-to-use analog plug and play modules for accurate humidity and temperature measurement. The modules give out the relative humidity and temperature value (NTC) as analog signals, which can be easily converted into the corresponding humidity and temperature values by using a look-up table. The humidity and temperature response time as well as the recovery time (after complete condensation) amount to a few seconds. A supply voltage of 5 V is required.
