              • Polymer valves for different applications

              • Trendelkamp diverter valves are used everywhere a melt is diverted, separated, or united. The valve is hydraulically operated and moves the valve bolt rapidly in its different positions.

                Diverter valves from Trendelkamp effectively perform a variety of functions in the polymer, chemical and food industries. TAV / TWV valves can be used for smooth, efficient start-up processes of an underwater pelletizer, or for diverting fluids to one or more ports.

          • Pellet Classifier TK-K, SRV

          • Our classifiers make your continuous screening application easy. The linear oscillation causes the material to slide on the screen surface and thus prevents the individual particles from bouncing. The drive of the TK-K is frequency controlled and individually adjustable.

            The separation screens– standard with holes 2 to 8 mm – are easy to change and easy to clean. All parts that are in contact with the product are made from stainless steel.

            For easy connections, all inlets and outlets are compatible with JACOB pipe system.
              • Pellet Classifier TK-K

              • The Trendelkamp TK-K pellet classifier was developed in direct response to customer requirements. Our virtually maintenance free construction allows for efficient and reliable classification of grain sizes. The systems can be designed for separating overs/goods or overs/fines/goods.

              • Pellet Classifier – SRV

              • SRV screeners are separating oversized pellets in one stage and are a cost effective alternative to the TK-K-systems for lower throughput ranges. The SRV has a compact design and is equipped with an AC speed drive for variable speed control.

            • Extruder Degassing TK-V

                  • Vacuum degassing TK-V

                  • The TK-V extruder degassing units from Trendelkamp efficiently extract unwanted gases from the extrusion process during operation. The systems utilize a temperature controlled steam chamber, in which the condensation process takes place. On a closed water circuit system, the liquid ring vacuum pump is supplied with the operating fluid.

                      • As a systems integrator, we also offer you a complete solution that includes melt pump, screen changer, diverter valve, etc. These components can be connected via conventional or quick connect adaptors, in order to minimize the flow channel length.

                        The systems can incorporate heating elements, melt pressure sensors, and thermocouples to maximize your operational efficiencies. Also, a central heating control can be implemented to oversee the process between extruder and pelletizer.
