It all started in 1970 when Neil Pryde began making yacht sails. In three years Neil Pryde were the world's largest supplier of sails to yacht builders. By 1975 Neil Pryde were making boardsails for early board manufacturers such as Mistral and Ten Cate. Excited by the potential of this exhilarating new sport, Neil Pryde began production of branded boardsails in 1982. The Integrated Rig program was launched in 1989 with Neil Pryde Wetsuits following soon after in 1992. Today, Neil Pryde's windsurfing products are the performance benchmark for the sport. The Z1, Carbon Kevlar masts and the zipperless Eclipse wetsuits are clear indications of Neil Pryde's ongoing commitment to giving windsurfing the very best products possible.
