  • Test Stands

  • Universal Hydraulik GmbH offers test stands to analyse parts, to measure series production, and to test the burst pressure of parts. We produce test stands in the automotive sector for gear boxes, engine- and gear box mechatronics, ABS-tests, wheels and shock absorbers. We produce test stands in the industrial sector for hydraulic, pneumatic and leakage tests.

    We supply the test stands from engineering up to implementing at the end customers site and this worldwide.
    Universal Hydraulik designed and built a large number of test stands for the whole industry since 25 years. i.e.:

        Due to extensive stock storage of these quality products, resulting from development and research spanning several decades, we are able to guarantee extremely fast delivery in almost all European countries.         As a special development Universal Hydraulik designed clamping cylinders, which operate as replacement for mechanical mushroom-headed anchor screws. The hydraulic, easily operated sealing/closing elements are used mainly in the chemical industry.
        We have also been using cylinders for HPLC columns with internal anti-turning safety devices and integrated position measuring system now for some years.
