      • STAINLESS STEEL GAS SPRING

      • GAS SPRINGS ARE AVAILABLE IN A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT LENGTHS, FORCES AND VARIATIONS. THEY ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN HIGHLY CORROSION-RESISTING MATERIAL.
        We use medical grade 316L stainless steel for the production of our high quality stainless steel springs. These springs are not only resistant to water, but are commonly found in food, chemical, medical, and salt water applications.

        All gas springs in these high-quality product groups are made with a valve, with the exception of P-models and traction springs with damping.

        For precise and controlled force development, connecting parts that guarantee movement and force transfer in an ideal way are a necessity. Our comprehensive range of hinge eyes, clevises, elbow joints, ball joints, and metal fittings will fit nearly every mounting requirement.

        Please note that the length of gas springs will change depending on your choice of end fitting. The length of easylift® gas springs is calculated as follows:
        • from mid boring to mid boring for hinge eyes, clevises and hinge heads
        • from mid ball to mid ball for elbow joints
        • without connectors the thread length is not included

        Regarding connecting parts, there will, of course, be new requirements from time to time for our easylift system. If the prospective application can be solved with easylift gas springs, we will also solve the problems regarding the connecting parts.

      With the easyE-line, you receive an in-line actuator with a very slim design. Due to the linear layout of motor, gear and spindle, a very slim design for installation is achieved. With an outer diameter of 35, 50 and 60 mm, the actuators fit into nearly every application. And this is possible with forces up to 10.000N (easyE-60).

      NEW: WITH INTEGRATED CONTROLLER!
      The corresponding controllers define what the actuators have to do. These are now also available integrated in the actuator. There are many possibilities, including control via a Modbus system.

          • With these hydraulic dampers from Bansbach easylift®, the speed in both the push-in and push-out direction can be adjusted precisely. The speed is controlled in both directions and the damping intensity can be adjusted by turning the piston rod.

            Our flexible size options of HB dampers offer a wide range of damping for your application. The dampers will be pre-adjusted before the assembly into the application, allowing for adjustable damping intensity. You may also choose the connecting parts individually according to your specifications.

          • For times when different damping intensities are required, we recommend using our adjustable easylift® MC Dampers. These allow the damping speed to be adjusted when the damper is mounted, and are also a great solution when damping intensities are yet to be defined.
          • MC-DAMPER STANDARD

          • The specification with damping over the entire stroke contains only oil. Due to the construction, there will be a small amount of slip when the piston rod is pulled out. The push-in and push-out speed, or the effective slowing down (motion control) of the movement of a mass can be influenced considerably by the use of different nozzles, as well as by different oil viscosities.
          • MC-DAMPER WITH FLOATING PISTON

          • If the installation is horizontal or undefined, the free movement of the standard specification can be inconvenient. Therefore, the easylift system provides also a damping variety with floating piston. The separation of the oil and gas chamber guarantees a smooth damping movement in every required position. For the stabilization of the floating piston, it has to be pressurized by at least 20N. Depending on the position of the floating piston, the damper can be installed stably in either the push or pull direction.
          • MC-DAMPER WITHOUT FREE TRAVEL

          • This easylift® damping variety allows a controlled damping in both directions, without slip effect. Here, the piston moves completely in a fixed oil chamber. The piston rod volume doesn't influence the oil chamber neither with pushed-in nor with pushed-out piston rod.
        • EASYMOTION

        • An alternative to the linear adjustment with Bansbach gas springs is our linear hydraulic actuation system. Our easymotion® system can control multiple adjustment cylinders synchronously, which is achieved by simultaneously controlling each cylinder. Whether light or heavy, this system can be fitted on any application and can be customized to fit your individual needs, including multiples per application (i.e. legs on table). Numerous Bansbach gas spring components are used in the production of the easymotion® system, maintaining our high quality standard.

          EASYMOTION COMPONENTS

          The easymotion® system consists of a hydraulic pump, adjustment cylinders, and the tubes used to connect each component. The system can be operated using an electric motor or manual crank.

              COMBINATION OF HYDRAULIC ADJUSTMENT CYLINDER AND GAS TRACTION SPRING
              Gas spring components as well as our gas spring technology are used for this cylinder adjustment variation. The Z-Cylinder is a combination of our hydraulic adjustment cylinder and a gas traction spring. This variation allows the system to be compressed without the need of an external compression force (load). The Z-Cylinder can be installed in any position.

                FUNCTION:

                • When the vacuum is switched on, the piston rod extends.
                • If the workpiece is touched by the suction cup, it is sucked in.
                • Then the piston rod with the workpiece moves back to the starting position.
                • As long as the vacuum is switched on, the workpiece is held on the piston rod.

                ADVANTAGES:
                • The cylinder is controlled exclusively by the vacuum - very easy!
                • A complex control is not required.
                • The cylinder is only controlled by the vacuum and therefore only needs one supply line.

                  With the new Bansbach hydraulic pump, the height of a great variety of applications can be adjusted by simply pumping. The pump can be completely operated without external energy supply. The movement is effected by simply pumping. Due to the weight of the application, the reset is always controlled and can be effected by opening the valve with a movement at the lever.
