The (VDC) voltage output is an amplified, linear signal suitable for direct processing in electronic control systems.       The special sensor is based on thick-film technology, developed by Huba Control, which utilises a special grade of steel welded to the pressure sensor.       The differential pressure OEM transmitter Type 504 is manufactured using a unique ceramic measuring element. The design means that it is possible to have the media in contact with both sides of the element. This element produces a perfect measurement of the pressure without miscalculation. The transmitters also have calibrated and amplified sensor signals, which are available as standardised voltage- or current outputs. The unit can be supplied with various pressure- and electrical connections, depending on the application required by the user.
    • Type 652

      The pressure transmitter of type series 652 are used for the long- and shortdistance transmission of electrical pressure-proportional signals. They are specially suited for the continuous level or flow monitoring of neutral and slightly aggressive liquids and gases in heating, ventilation and process technology. The pressure or differential pressure to be monitored acts on a diaphragm, which in turn acts against a spring. As a result of the pressure action and the resultant diaphragm movement a permanent magnet fastened on the diaphragm moves in the direction of a hall sensor arranged outside the pressure case. This sensor emits an electrical signal which is proportional to the magnetic field. The signal is linearized, compensated and amplified.

        The OEM level sensing pressure transmitters type 700 are used for the level measurement in various media. The level measurement is made with an absolute pressure measuring cell. Therefore the pressure (barometrical) which influences the media must be specified. A second transmitter with a measuring range of 0.8 … 1.4 bar may be used. Depending on the application the information about barometrical pressure is available on the internet.

        The indicating devices type series 800.8 without setpoint and 800.7 with 2 setpoints serve for indicating values. Input signals can be signal current or voltages originating from corresponding measurement transducers or measurement value acquisition systems. A limit value output with two independently no-volt bistable contacts is additionally integrated.

        The flow sensor of this range is based on the principle of Karman’s vortex trail. The shedding of vortices on the damming body in the flow is directly pro portional to the speed of the flow. A piezoelectric paddle detects the generated vortex and analyses the values with the integrated electronic.
        Alternatively, are versions with integrated temperature measurement with PT1000 is available.

        The type series 410 measures force with the cantilever beam by an integrated piezo-resistive wheatstone bridge with front-end amplification circuit.         Due to the very robust design of the ceramic cell there are no significant changes in the sensor characteristic when mounted by customer himself.

        The passivated surface passes the condensation tests according to DIN 50017.

      • As a result of the heat sink it is possible to use medium with higher temperature.

        The cooling section reduces the temperature of the hot media. Depending on the ambient temperature the use of medium with temperature of more than 200°C without harming the transmitter is possible.

        Different standardised pressure connections allow the combination with the pressure measurement systems of Huba Control.
