      SCM 012-130 DIN is a series of axial piston motor particularly suitable for mobile hydraulics. SCM 012- 130 DIN is of the bent-axis type with spherical pistons. The design gives a compact motor with few moving parts, high starting torque and high operational reliability. It covers the entire displacement range 12-130 cmᶟ/rev. with max. pressure 400 bar.

      It ́s high level of reliability is due to the choice of materials, hardening methods, surface structures and the quality assured manufacturing process.

      SCM 012-130 SAE is of the bent-axis type with spherical pistons. The design results in a compact motor with few
      moving parts, high starting torque and high reliability. It covers the entire displacement range 12-130 cm³ ⁄rev. at a maximum pressure of 400 bar. It features double tapered roller bearings, which permits high shaft loads and gives superb speed performance.

      Sunfab also offers a two-bolt flange, SAE B2 012- 034 in the SCM family. The design features double tapered roller bearings, which permits high shaft loads and gives superb speed performance.

    SAP – standard
    Our new light weight pump for demanding truck hydraulics for operating, for example, loader cranes, hooklifts, etc. Sunfab SAP covers the displacement range 40-64 cm3⁄rev and working pressure up to 400 bar. Direction of rotation is easy to change by turning the connection cover. Available for DIN power take-offs.

    SCP – standard
    Our most common product for demanding truck hydraulics for operating, for example, loader cranes, hooklifts, timber cranes, etc. Sunfab SCP covers the displacement range 012-108 cm3⁄rev and working pressure up to 400 bar. Direction of rotation is easy to change by turning the connection cover. Available for DIN and SAE B/C power take-offs.

    SCP - optimised
    An optimised version for extra high speed, fitted with extra heat-resistant seals (V) to withstand higher tempe­ratures when mounted on an engine power take-off. Available in left (L) or right (R) hand versions. Available in two sizes: 084 and 108 cc and working pressure up to 400 bar. For DIN power take-offs.

    SCP – optimised for injector
    An externally drained, optimised version offers very high oil flows in combination with the Sunfab Injector K-Jet 2. Suitable for hydraulic motor operation in closed hydraulic systems with the Injector K-Jet 2 to pressurise the suction side. This provides very good speed properties and high flows. Fitted with extra heat-resistant seals (V) to withstand higher temperatures when mounted on an engine power take-off. Available in left (L) or right (R) hand versions. Available in two sizes: 084 and 108 cc and working pressure up to 400 bar. When supplemen­ted with the Sunfab By-pass for applications on moving vehicles, the pump speed is limited to the table values without K-Jet 2. For DIN power take-offs.

    SCPT
    An addition to the SCP series that supports larger flows and working pressure up to 300 bar, ideal for tipper applications. Available in two sizes, 090 and 130 cc. Direction of rotation is easy to change by turning the connection cover. For DIN power take-offs.

    SCP – ISO
    An addition to the SCP series for mobile and stationary hydraulics. Sunfab SCP - ISO covers the displacement range 12-130 cm3⁄rev and working pressure up to 400 bar. It's an externally drained, optimised version and provides very good speed properties and high flows. Available in left (L) or right (R) hand versions.

  • DUAL FLOW PUMPS

  • The range of fixed displacement dual flow pumps SCPD and SLPD comprises 9 different sizes from 20/20 cm3 up to 53/53 cm3. The SCPD dual flow pumps are of bent-axis design, the SLPD pumps are of inline design with swash plate.

    Sunfab dual flow pump is ideal for vehicles which require two different flows.

    For vehicles with several types of hydraulic equipment, a large pump with a single flow is often a poor compromise. Certain parts of the equipment run too fast, others too slowly or too much heat is generated. A Sunfab dual flow pump is both the optimum technical and most economical solution for this.

    Sunfab dual flow pumps are available with two equal large flows or one small and one large flow. The latter can give three different total flows: the small, the large and the combined. Where there is a need for different pressure levels, the flow and the pressure can be combined for a maximum use of the permitted power take-off torque.

  • VARIABLE PUMP

  • We offer variable pumps with a displacement of 62, 92, 112 and 130 cm3.
    A working pressure of up to 450 bar, different kinds of regulators and tandem pump assembly enable you to use this kind of pump in almost all applications where you need a variable oil flow.
    • The Sunfab variable displacement pump with its rugged construction is designed for direct mounting at the auxiliary drive (P.T.O.) of commercial vehicles.
      With a max. displacement of 130 cm3/rev. and a peak pressure of 450 bar it is suited for many applications.This is complemented by the high self priming rate and the low noise level. The pump delivery flow is dependenton the present drive speed and geometric displacement. The flow is adjust  able in a range between 0 and Q max.
      Long service life is ensured due to the pressurized lubrication of the swash plate bearing shell. Sunfab SVH is rotation-direction dependent and should be ordered in either right-hand or left-hand designs.
